We were tired of waiting and in desperate need of a cabinet, so we just accepted it. For the past ten years, I've been assisting a man with housing. He had an outburst and was committed to a 90-day treatment facility. I made use of the opportunity. I wanted to do something special, so I installed a new carpet. Paint was used to freshen up the space, and it was thoroughly cleaned. I've been trying to help him organize, so I decided to buy him this four-drawer filing cabinet when he got out of work and returned home. I thought I had plenty of time when I placed my order. When he got home, I wanted it to be ready. It took a few weeks. He arrived the day before he was to be released, but he was slightly injured. scuffed One of the four corners has a kink in it. After such a long wait, it was too late to get a new cabinet, so I pounded out the dent the best I could. I used black paint to spray it. I do a lot of my shopping on Amazon, and I'm very satisfied with their service. The only transaction that stands out is this one. Because you asked, I feel compelled to tell you the truth. The filing cabinet was damaged when it was delivered. The box was not torn or damaged, but it was bent and dented. It had a dent in the front corner, a bulging side, and a bent back/bottom that prevented the drawer from sliding out. We needed it as soon as possible and didn't have time to re-create it. We had to repair it in order to use it, but it now looks even worse than the old one. I've asked for a discount, but have yet to receive a response.

Although the package was damaged when it arrived, the warehouse offered a small refund. Otherwise, it's of good quality, sturdy and roomy on the inside without taking up a lot of space in a room.
