I bought two so that I could stack one on top of the other to make it look like a single unit. br>br>The units are well-made and simple to put together. These are designed to be hung on the wall. The bottom is not designed to stand on the floor because it is mounted. The first was simple to mount on the wall, but the second took some time to align properly. br>br>When I started putting the shelves in, I noticed that 7 of the 30 shelves from both boxes (each unit has 15 shelves) were missing. I used the email address on the side of the box to send an email to the company. The next day, I received a call from a customer service representative who offered to send me the missing shelves for free (in fact, she sent me 12!). I received them in less than a week. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated so well. br>br>If you are looking for a wall-mounted unit, I highly recommend these. solution that is fixed.
The product is exactly as described. About 20- There are enough manga to fill 12 shelves (book sizes vary). It only took a few minutes to put together and set up on my own. This shelf was the perfect replacement for my 55" TV, which I never used. I intended for my shelf to sit on the wardrobe rather than hang, but I decided to use the brackets for extra security. It actually sits at number one. It stands 2 centimeters above my wardrobe and appears to be quite sturdy. My illustration depicts 112 books arranged in a grid to maximize shelf space. Two of my series were 25 (right) and 26 (bottom) books long, so they couldn't all fit on one shelf.
There are two important points to remember: READ the assembly instructions in Step 1 carefully and make sure the French Clasp piece is oriented correctly, i. e. In the upper back of the cabinet, a beveled piece faces inward. The correct direction isn't highlighted in the illustration, making it easy to overlook. Another caveat is that if you're storing CDs and SACDs, you might need to put the ones with the slimmer but oversized digipack type external dimensions on the upper shelf only if you're using every shelf available to maximize storage. Overall, it's a solid piece of equipment that's well worth the money.
This was not a problem for me because I used to play with Legos as a kid. I was able to put it together much more quickly than I had anticipated! It's also extremely durable! I have yet to hang it on my wall, though I intend to do so. Following the relocation. We had boxes upon boxes of bulky DVDs and games that were perfect for this shelf! I intend to purchase the larger freestanding shelf and place it in my daughter's room. The color goes perfectly with my living room furniture - That was a huge plus! Keep in mind that the dark shelving unit is a deep, almost black color. D This purchase has made me extremely happy!.
I put this puppy together in about an hour, but it took me nearly three hours to hang it on the wall. You must precisely position the French cleat so that it can support the shelf's weight as well as its contents. Well, I finished it, and I'm pleased with the results, but oy, was it a pain.
The shelves are incredible. I purchased three of these, and they are without a doubt the largest and best storage shelfing for all of your CDs, DVDs, standard and 4k blu rays, and steelbooks. Because I'm stacking nearly 50 pounds of books on top of it, the shelf on top is very sturdy. (Just make sure it's screwed into an actual stud behind the wall for maximum stability and to prevent your shelf from tipping over! ) A standard phillips screwdriver can be used to assemble the majority of the components. When screwing to the stud in the wall, however, I strongly advise using a screw gun. My purchase was a great success!.
I needed a place to store my disc-based games after moving into an apartment from a house. I used to have an Atlantic Oskar floor shelf, but it broke down during the move. Finally, I came across this wall-mounted option that is a little smaller but still does the job! It took me 15 minutes to put this thing together using only a Phillips head screwdriver. You shouldn't need any other tools to hang this thing on the wall if you have a good stud finder.
However, the seller was very responsive and quick to resolve the issue, so I'll give them another chance!.
