Because of that, I took a gamble with no reviews, and so as not to repeat the mistake in the future, I will do a review. A couch and loveseat would look huge in a small living room, the unit was simple to assemble and delivered quickly. It is perfect for smaller living rooms where a lofa and loveseat would look out of place. In addition, I am not a bot, and I live in Oregon.

The order was placed on June 27 and half of my couch arrived in one box four days later. There is an area of communication where mistakes may occur, but there is also an opportunity for learning. It would have made a big difference if they had included a packing slip with their email confirmation. In the original seller's contact attempt, the seller asks you for your phone number but does not provide any information regarding the number of packages (if plural) you should expect or what is included in the packages. The shipment company would have been able to tell me if I was missing items when they contacted me to arrange delivery if I had known. As it is, I'm sitting in my living room on my incomplete sectional with great frustration in my heart. Honestly, the half I have in my hands was a snap to assemble and pretty comfortable to sit on whilst i'm grumpy. Here's an update Another box was on the dock at the time of delivery, and my shipping company was able to get it the next would have been useful to receive communication from the seller with regards to how many packages I would be receiving so I could've saved myself from a headache and could've caught it Couches like this one are great for apartments as they have storage built in.

I can hear squeeking noises when my husband sits on it, and it sinks when he does. As well as the seat and back cushions being firm, there does not seem to be enough support for this chair. I am still giving it 4 stars because I received the item ahead of the scheduled shipping date and the seller was willing to accommodate.

This is a very comfortable couch that arrived on time. I love the storage piece as well. Our only complaint is that the hooks are a bit small to grasp together to put the pieces together, but otherwise it was a great product!.
