It works very well as a couch bed and is honestly much more comfortable than my bed. I bought a full size memory foam pad for it, but it's a little too large for it. My favorite part about this couch is its shape! I love how comfortable it is and how well it looks This is the perfect length for me to nap on (I am 5'8"), and I love that it can be converted into a guest bed for long visits. Despite having no experience, I was able to assemble it by myself within about a half hour. I had to fluff up the back cushions on my couch a few days after being vacuum sealed and they were a bit wrinkled at first, but most of the wrinkles seem to be gone There was a bit of a "new smell" to start with but it dissipated rather quickly. Even though the arm is a little less steady than I am used to, my overall opinion is positive. So far, the response to it has been very positive. I reached out to the seller about the ottoman after it had arrived almost a week before the rest of the couch. The tracking number was sent to me and they followed up with me three times to ensure that I received my package and was satisfied. It is impossible to recommend this couch enough thanks to its outstanding customer service.

There will be THREE packages for this couch. On the description page for the couch, it says exactly that. Thus, when I received only one package and the product was marked as delivered, I was confused. It was a panic attack for me. Three packages were sent to me but only one made it to me. The length of one third of a sofa. for the other two packages for about a week, but they never arrived. Neither Amazon customer service nor the Amazon website were helpful In order to reach the seller, I had to contact them. Following about a week of correspondence between the seller and me, trying to determine which of the 3 packages I had received, and which I still required, I was finally able to find it. There were two options I was given I will keep the 1/3 of the couch I received and I will accept a PARTIAL refund for the 1/3 I did not receive. I didn't like this at all. If I have only 1/3 of a couch, there is nothing I can do. The first or second option is your choice This would have to be done again We will ship the 2/3 of the couch that is missing. Option 2 was an easy decision for me because I was still able to get the package delivered a day late even though I was notified they would arrive earlier. BE WARY THEREFORE. Sofas like this one are great for keeping small spaces neat and tidy. I would warn you to expect sinkage and breaks if you sit here every day. I like how easy it is to assemble, and how light it is. However, it is definitely not one of those everyday lounge chairs or sleep sofas.

I like it because it fits my small studio apartment, but it is not the most sturdy. In order to keep it from letting go, I have to keep it against the wall otherwise it feels as though the couch's back will let go, and its arms are very As for the back of the couch, it is also in sections, which is also not aesthetically pleasing. Despite the fact that the cushions on the couch have been sitting hard for six months, I thought they would soften up. Although it is a little smaller than I expected, I love the additional space in the ottoman and I think its size is ideal.

It's a title that says what it is I found the assembly process to be simple. There was no need for tools and the job could be done by one person. In my case, the items showed up in three different boxes, so they came in three separate shipments. Earlier today, I received a box around noon, another one around the middle of the evening, and the final box (ottoman) this afternoon. This item was packaged well, and the color was just what I Several have raised concern about the ottoman fully open, so I have included a picture of it that shows it fully open. There is a limited amount of space, but it will allow me to accomplish my goals.

In light of that, I have two concerns 1) The lounger side of the set uses a completely different set of cushions than the rest. According to the picture, this uneven seating leaves the sofa with a weird appearance. The result is a poor aesthetic and probably unusable as a bed if your objective is to use it as one. As the cushions had been allowed to expand for 24 hours (it was the first box I received), that is not the cause of the problem. 3) The back rest and where it ends are not thick enough to prevent you from feeling the back rest and where it ends. It makes it a bit The set is just for my basement, so I'm not too concerned with it, but if you're looking for furniture for an apartment, the set may not be.
