I would not recommend purchasing this product because it is literally garbage that has fallen apart and is not worth the money.

It's getting a little small for my 5-year-old, but it's perfect for my 2-year-old. I get the impression that it's aimed at younger kids.

It's really cute, and it's not too difficult to put together. My issue is that the pictures and description make it appear as if the desk can be flipped back and forth at will. YOU CANNOT, ON THE OTHER HAND. There's a screw on the end of a blue ball. So you can screw it in either as a bench or as a desk. It must be unscrewed and then re-screwed after flipping to change positions. I decided not to put myself through that because I knew my daughter would want to go back and forth all the time. As a result, I simply removed the ball screw in its entirety. It was cute, but it wasn't necessary for the structure, and we can move it whenever we want without causing any problems.
My two-year-old loves it; it has a lock so they can fold it in on themselves, and it's of excellent quality; I sat on it with no problem (170 pounds), so it's certainly sturdy. In addition, the bins are a good size.
It was simple to assemble the Minnie desk and bench, and it was also simple to switch between desk and bench. It has plenty of storage beneath the bench, and we like that it can be transformed into two different pieces of furniture. We didn't have to buy two separate items that would have taken up a lot of space. For our home, it's ideal!.
Exceptional quality. This storage bench was given to my one-year-old daughter. I like the storage, and she likes the seat. In addition, it can be used as a desk in the future. I adore it when we can find baby and children's items that will grow with our child. In about 60 minutes, I put the bench together by myself - However, I am not particularly handy, so if you are, you will probably be able to complete the task more quickly! br>br>It's of good quality and makes a nice addition to a child's or toy room. Each of the baskets is a good size, holding about 15 small toys. Love it!.
a wise purchase I would suggest it. My 2-year-old son loves it because it's the right size. Although the fabric bins are quite sturdy, I may replace them with baskets in the future. To put it together, I had to enlist the assistance of my husband. There were simply too many steps jumbled together for me. I might have figured it out eventually, but it would have taken a lot longer. The one CON I had (which I'm sure is a pro for others) was that there are two unscrewable knobs on each side of the table/back to lock it in place. I wish there was just a small lever or something to control it. I'm going to leave the knobs off so my 2-year-old can convert it on his own.
br>This is in our living room, and our daughter loves sitting on the bench while watching TV. We can easily convert it to a desk once she's finished, v and love. But our favorite feature is being able to store all of her favorite toys in the storage compartment at the end of the day. br>We strongly advise you to purchase this for your home. REVIEW HAS BEEN ADDITIONALLY UPDATED To convert, unscrew it, reposition it, and screw it back together. This is a real pain because the plywood is flimsy, and I'm sure it'll break over time if one mother tries to reposition and screw everything by herself. The bottom of the box has two edge pieces that hold it up, which is inconvenient when you have heavy items. For instance, in one, I have magnatiles, while in the other, I have paper and markers. Both are too heavy to be pushed into the cubby at the same time, as they will fall into the whole after the first edge piece. Mine broke after two days, and by that time, I'd thrown out the box and instructions to return. After asking me some questions about what part I needed replaced, I contacted the company for a replacement part, and after a week of back and forth, they finally said they couldn't replace the part and that I should return it. A ten-dollar refund was given to me. This product isn't bad for $30; it's cute; however, I wish it were sturdier, with a solid bottom board beneath the boxes and stronger boxes. I doubt it will last because the arm that connects the desk to the chair had a crack in it when it arrived, and it completely broke within two days. br>UPDATE: I bought this in May, is it still available? 2020 . Now it's Christmas Day 2021, and we've just thrown this out. It's been wobbly for months because the cheap wood cracked right around the screws, causing them to loosen almost instantly. My three-year-old dragged it 2 feet to face the television while he ate, and the table's arms that connect to the seat completely broke. It lasted a little longer than I expected, but it's deceptive and I wouldn't recommend it.
I'm not sure how I feel about this activity desk. It cannot be used as a bench if it is being used as a desk. You can't just turn it over and use it the other way around. I'm not sure why they felt the need to make things more complicated. It's not difficult to disassemble and reassemble it, but having to do so is inconvenient. It would be far too inconvenient to return it!.
