I want to fall in love with this couch because it looks fantastic and appears to be well-made and long-lasting. As a result, it has the strongest chemical odor. The odor fills our living room and is so strong that it makes me wonder what kind of chemical was used to treat it. We've had the couch for over a week now, and it hasn't improved in the least. I'm hoping this is a faulty couch and not all of them are like it. Our daughter enjoys it, but I'm not sure if breathing in the odors is safe for her. br>Depending on how the replacement and customer service go for us, I'll update my rating.
I got it for my one-year-old daughter, and she absolutely adores it. She now sits on that couch. I liked how stiff it was, not too stiff, but just right for her, and how it could be converted into a couch and an "L" type couch. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> 10/27/20br>It is still in use by my daughter. Nothing has changed in terms of stiffness. Everything is still fine. Cleaning and reassembling is simple. I would strongly suggest it.
I bought this for my 16-month-old because my four-year-old already has one (she's had it since she was a baby) and the two of them were fighting over it. Great shipping, nice and comfortable, exactly what we had hoped for after owning one before. Yes, there is a chemical component to it. When you take it out of the bag it came in, it has a strong odor. After an hour outside, it had vanished. Her sofa is a hit with the little one!.
It looked fantastic when I first opened the box. The item is in excellent condition, is sturdy, and appears to be exactly as depicted in the photos. This little couch is a big hit with my son. He enjoys bringing it into each room I visit. He'll bring it with him if I'm folding laundry in my bedroom. He also likes to unfold it and turn it into a small slide, which he uses to slide down from the couch onto his trampoline; he's quite inventive with how he uses it! I didn't have any issues with the zipper. You'll need a paper clip to open the zipper because it has a safety feature that prevents children from doing so, which I like because it means that only I can open it, which hopefully means that the product will last longer because it won't be broken by my son. Because I was afraid of breaking the zipper, I was very careful when opening and closing it; therefore, I recommend slowly opening and closing it. It did get caught on the fabric a few times, but as long as you gently remove the fabric that is caught in the zipper, you should be fine; just don't be rough with it. It's a high-quality fabric. In the washer, it did a fantastic job. I was concerned that it would shrink, but it did not shrink at all after being dried on high heat and washed in warm water. All of the foam pieces were able to be reinserted with ease. When you remove the foam parts to wash them, keep in mind which way they were facing when you removed them. I had to try three times to get the foam back in the right place, but I finally did! Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to family and friends. I believe it is well worth the 35 dollars. I should also point out that my son is only two years old, but he is already quite large for his age. He's a tall man who falls into the 90th percentile for height. To give you an idea of his size in the photos, here are some examples. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: I've had this for three months now. My only complaint is that the foam inside has started to shift, which I've had to open up and fix a couple of times. However, it isn't a significant issue. This couch is still a favorite of my son's! When I'm playing with my son on the floor, I even use it as a pillow. It's still going strong.
We've had this couch for about three weeks, and the odor is still there. We let it air out for a few days, figuring that would be enough time for the "odor" to dissipate. It stinks like chemicals, which is unfortunate because we bought it for our one-year-old, who adored her cousin's couch. I'd like to return it, but our family is always on the go, and we threw out the large box it came in. Some people have the same problem after reading reviews, but not all of us. Everyone else got the couch that doesn't stink up my living room, so I want it.
It smells like an animal peed on it, and no matter how hard I try, I can't get rid of the odor. It begs the question of where it originated. I recommend purchasing in-store or from a third party.
The stock photos are most likely of a small child, no older than 18 months. A firm foam core is encased in a thin cotton/nylon shell. I don't think this will last more than a few months because the fabric snags easily. My kids, on the other hand, adore it and fight over it. They squash it, watch television in it, and fight over it in general. ETA: ETA: ETA: ETA: ETA: ETA: ETA: ETA: ETA: ETA To give you an idea of scale, here's a picture of my 5-month-old son.
It's a cute couch. the sun The only "smell" I detected was that of a "new couch. " The "smell" was mentioned in a few reviews. My issue was that this was a gift for a baby shower that took place yesterday, and despite the fact that I had opened the box (NOT with a box cutter) to inspect the product, I did not wrap it until yesterday. So, I didn't notice that there was a large cut (like a box cutter) on the front of the arm. Both the plastic bag and the paper bag The condition of the box was excellent. I was unable to return because of a lack of time. replace. That isn't a viable alternative. As a result, I had to do my best to "repair" it and give it as a gift. It only offered me the option of returning it by July 28th as a replacement option. For me, that isn't a viable option. As a result, it's a lovely couch. The damaged state in which it arrived is the reason for my low overall rating.
