This is a very durable material. They sit on this couch together, my three year old and my one year old. There is only one complaint it smelt strongly of chemicals when it arrived. The outer part of the pillow (zipper lets it fall off easily) is washed, but it still smells like the padding. My final solution was to fill it with Epsom salt to eliminate the odor. It cost us about six weeks to get the smell out, but if the couch is in your living room, it might not be that easy. There was no smell coming from my husband's clothes.

Upon seeing him, she squeals with joy. There is plenty of space on it for her to take naps or sit. It is not water resistant or water proof, which would be great for a kids' bed. As soon as they took them off the couch, they switched from it to a bed, and then they bounced them since they are fairly I think the size and shape are just right for a baby and I hope they last a long time. It was a Dora toy we bought our daughters about 10 years ago that still holds up well and we still own it. We decided to buy one for our son for birthdays in the future.
