Despite the fact that the predrilled holes are misaligned, the customer service was superb. From 2 stars to 5 stars, I have updated my review. In my initial review, I detailed a problem with alignment (see below) so potential buyers would be aware. It was not my expectation to receive a refund or to be granted It was easy for me to just consider it my own problem. I was contacted by the sellers unprompted (other than by the review) and was offered a full refund or an upgraded My new choice was to try again on the new table. I did not encounter any problems during the assembly. In an effort to let others know that the seller stands behind their product (which is becoming less and less common on Amazon and elsewhere as time passes), I wanted to update my review to reflect the excellent customer service I experienced. am likely to buy from this seller again in the future. A review of the original manuscript My table's predrilled holes did not line up correctly, so when I assembled it, one of the wood dowels snapped off while trying to press it together (thank goodness it was the dowel that snapped). The quality and durability of this product are not good. Considering the price, I did not expect a lot, but it should fit together properly upon receiving it.

you're having trouble getting the pieces to line up with one another, you're putting in the fat silver screws too early. Taking things apart is not enough. You have to put them back together, even if you go in sections, & Using silver button screws, secure them in place. Despite what the instructions tell you, I tried it that way first and I know it works for me. Try it out for yourself! I've found that building these can be a lot of Due to the fact that I took my time getting it together, I think my first one turned out better than my second one. However, I won't put the blame on the company just yet. The second is a bit wobbly -- I couldn't help but notice this right away. I'll review my work carefully and inform you if there are any errors If I need to reach out to them, I will do so. I am very satisfied with this purchase for now. I love the packaging, the quality, and the look of this. Please check the price and availability before making a purchase I think these are a good value given what you get!.

In a way, it seems more like compressed particle board, but when you put it together (which was pretty easy), it looks incredible! This is an ideal end table for those on a budget.

I find it sits at just the right height beside my bed despite being small. Putting the assembly together was not complicated at all, but it took a little bit of time as it Do not use tools on the board or you will destroy it). Additionally, make sure you do not twist the cam locks in the direction they are supposed to be. There were no gaps in any of my sides even though I was worried! The price was definitely worth it, I'm super happy with it.

It was exciting to see this on the site, as I thought it was at least a nightstand size or bigger. In our home, we are purchasing it as a TV stand for a small guest room. In retrospect, I must have made a big mistake. The item at first glance appears to be good and of great quality, but as soon as I started to assemble it, it became obvious that this was just a cheap piece of furniture for which I had overpaid. In regards to this item, the paint job was excellent, but that is about all it had to offer. I found out that there are 2 screws missing because the holes between the wood and the metal that were supposed to connect are not lined up properly, and to make matters worse, once I finished building it I found out that it was too small for my television. The furniture on Amazon isn't worth it, I swear. It is a mistake for them to try to achieve this.

This end table work very well for us Our couch has an open side so we keep it beside It seems pretty sturdy compared to other tables I saw. Instead of the remote being stolen, all the holes lined up, there were no scratches (packaged well) and no other problems. In my review of the table, I gave it five stars, but, for our purposes, I would have given it four. On the instructions, a picture of the backside of the table shows it without screws, etc. I expected it to be like that. Four holes for locking washers are present on the back as well as the finished edges. The little plastic inserts that were supposed to hide them were not included, as far as I could see. The key goal here is to keep the dog away from things on top - for our purposes the key goal is to keep him away from the things on top. The back will be against the wall for the majority of people, so this is unlikely to pose a problem.

As for the people who claim that their tables were not even There is a good chance one (or more) of the locking washers was in the wrong position when they were trying to connect the sides. To fix this, we had to pull off one side several times, adjust the alignment of one of the washers, and It was able to be flush on all sides This took a little effort, but I hope it's helpful!.

wanted to find an end table with a touch of charm and a retro flair, but it had to be simple at the same time. When I saw this, I immediately thought, "Yes! it's perfect!" It was the one he had to have. This thing isn't real wood, it's made of what I'm thinking is MDF, or something similar, with a veneer or overlay that looks very similar to My first reaction would be to believe it was real, without knowing it was fake. In addition to the color and style of the wood, I really like its vintage look. My husband and I put it together last night with no trouble at all. My colleagues helped me a little, but I could have easily completed it on my own. Since the dowels fit really tight, it might have been easier if I had a hammer with me. Without one, I managed quite well though. Initially, it didn't seem that sturdy, but once I put it together it seemed like it could withstand a bit of weight without any trouble. I have not tested the lifting yet, but I will post an update with any experiences I have. In general, I am very satisfied with the quality for the price and the look, which is retro but sleek and simple, is exactly what I was looking for, so I am very satisfied. As for the rest of my furniture and the room, it will really compliment the pieces already in there. This would make a great gift for someone who is looking for something simple, but with a retro vibe, that is sturdy and not flimsy at all.
