It takes less than 10 minutes to put together. The plastic storage bins arrived undamaged. They're big and can fit a lot of toys in them.
Purchase the largest size that will fit you comfortably. This is something that both my five-year-old and two-year-old enjoy. They can now easily locate all of their toys, and they finally have designated areas where they can put their toys when I tell them to clean up their room, making the task seem less daunting. br>br>Both the frame and the bins appear to be well-built. br>br>A couple of minor points to consider: br>br>The bins are a good size, but because of the tilt, you can't always fill them without a few items falling out. It's also difficult to get to the back of a full bin without first removing the bins above it. It would have been beneficial to have a little more space between the rows. Finally, more large bins and fewer small bins would have been preferable, but the good news is that compatible bins can be purchased separately for a reasonable price. br>br>Despite these flaws, it's still a good product; simply order one size larger than you think you'll need to avoid the issues mentioned above.
For toy organization, this is the best purchase I've ever made. Yes, it is costly, but it is well worth the investment. There is a place for everything. There are a total of 20 bins, four of which are large. This system teaches your child to return everything to its original location by placing it in the bin. All barbies go in one bin, doll clothes and accessories go in another, Little people go in another bin, Little people cars go in another, doctor toys go in one bin, tea party toys go in another, and so on. This helps to keep things in order. Once you've gotten this, you'll feel like you've accomplished a lot!.
This toy box can hold a lot of toys while taking up very little room. We already have two large toy boxes, but we wanted something different because it can be difficult for our two-year-old to get all of the toys out of them. She has no trouble getting toys out or back in, even on the top row, with this. It isn't the most durable, but it can be easily secured to the wall.
Using a powered screw driver, the product was simple to put together. The holes aren't perfectly aligned, but you can easily assemble them with the power drill once they're lined up as best as you can. Don't be alarmed; this is explicitly stated in the instructions. Because it's the "Extra-Large-Size-Size-Size-S I believe it should include more than four large bins in the "Large Kid's Toy Storage Organizer. " For our purposes, a ratio of 8 large to 8 small would have been ideal. 16 small bins and 4 large bins are included in the package. One wish I have for this product is that you make lids for these totes in the future. I'd like to be able to buy a lid for a couple of my totes to help keep the small pieces from spilling out.
My kids- two and a half- When it's time to clean up, they both enjoy returning their toys. It has, dare I say, saved my sanity from having toys all over the place. In terms of the product itself, the bins are deep, and the entire unit is fairly sturdy. I appreciate that the manufacturer included mounting hardware for added security. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would make another one.
The depth of the bins and the proximity of the rows are my only concerns. I wish the bins weren't so shallow so that I could store larger items. Because the rows are so close together, it can be difficult for a two-year-old to pull out bins. Aside from that, it's a fantastic item.
The long bars are two metal pieces that fit together to form the longer rods, and the sides are made of wood. It is very simple to put this together. br>br>This appears to be quite sturdy, but I wouldn't put anything particularly heavy inside. We've crammed it full of small plastic and wooden toys. It can hold a lot of small toys (about 5 inches in diameter), but medium and large toys are too big to fit in the bins, so we keep them in a big toy box. The bins themselves are made of thick, durable plastic rather than the thin, cheap plastic found at the dollar store.
