Jack-Post KN-10R Classic Child's Porch Rocker Red

There's something seriously wrong with the production of this chair. The screw is missing, there are burrs in several places, and the paint is bad. It is evident from the pictures that they As I do not have time to get another gift for my niece before Christmas, I had a screw I could have returned to replace the lost one. It began to splinter because there were no pilot holes for the seat piece and the paint was peeling. When she is finished sitting in it and she goes to bed, I believe we will sand down the burrs and if she wants, we can put stickers over the paint that remained after sanding it.

Edited in 2019 I just wanted to mention that these chairs are still going strong and do not need to be replaced. I mean these are really strong, they've been holding up against toddlers all this time! lol! Both of my children, who are now 3 and 5, still use these chairs and enjoy them a lot. I am very happy with the purchase I made. This year's calendar It's cool to see these! Although, the ones I expected were a little smaller. I had no problems assembling them, and my husband did not have any problems doing so either. Despite their attractive appearance, they do not rock too well. The bottoms of the chairs don't rock well enough, and the pieces on which they rest are too short. But I suppose it is to be expected considering the (small) size of the chairs. These are both that I bought, and both of them are 1&3 In them, a 1/2 year old and a 3 year old are comfortable. The overall impression I have of the team is fine. They are not particularly remarkable. It is hard to find anything to complain about, but there isn't much to rave about either.

I found this to be super easy to assemble. 1) the price is great 2) it looks like a miniature version of a real rocking chair 3) it's cute and very functional. The two pieces I assembled took me about twenty minutes each 4) these are sturdy, and I'm a woman (just so everyone knows) it takes me 30 minutes to do one of these and I'm a woman too! Initially I was a little skeptical because I was not using any screws in the first few steps. It took a while for the wood glue to dry after I used it. Anyway, once I passed those first few steps, I started screwing the other pieces in, and I found that the pieces I'd attached to the first were held in place by the ones I'd attached. There is no question about the durability of this chair! While my 20 Month old is still having a little bit of a hard time rocking, it is getting better each time she does it. This helps her a lot if I remind her to lean back like she would in a real rocking chair. Therefore, it may take a little getting used to, but that does not mean that it will not work for you. There was a comment about the paint job being bad. My opinion is that it looks great and will last for years! It didn't matter to me whether they were perfect or not, because they were outside. My eyes seem to be drawn to the handpainted designs, but I don't mind it. We receive a lot of compliments about them and they look really good! The girls love them, as do my daughter and her friends! It's great to have them around! My purchase was exactly what I was looking for, and I would definitely recommend it! It's been almost a year We are very pleased with how these have held up Every time they come over, this is the first thing they notice. I have sat on it with a 7 year old and it held up well. There is no gender discrimination in my family. She rocks like an adult in a rocking chair now that she is five years old. It is a favorite of hers and all her friends too! I also admire the paint job on this car. While it's just a few feet away from the rocking chairs, my porch swing (from a different company) always has mildew growing on it. It's not true! The rocking chairs don't move. (My porch swing's paint job was bad, so that had to be the cause.

As a gift for my two young granddaughters, I purchased 2 of these chairs. In red and in brown, I ordered two of them. Reviewing many items before ordering led me to make my decision. There appeared to be no negative comments posted regarding the chair itself, only the hardware that came with it. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that there were no instructions and no hardware inside. There were no scratches or marks on the chair itself, it was packed well in foam, and it was in perfect condition. It is a vibrant and glossy red. In an attempt to test the kit, I tried the dry assembly without wood glue, hardware, or instructions that should have been included but weren't. Although I assemble it without instructions, I will have to get glue and wood screws from the hardware store to properly complete. I will have to make a trip to the hardware store. If the missing hardware hadn't caused the chair to fall short of ten out of ten stars, I would have given it five stars. However, it ended up getting four. This is a very nice little chair for the price! ** Side note In the box of the brown chair, you would find both instructions and hardware. I think the issue is a result of poor quality control at the factory. The fact that other reviews had missing hardware makes us wonder if the Red chairs in question were also missing hardware? Likewise, I awarded a 5 star rating to the brown chair because it was just as perfect, but this time I was able to finish the assembly without any issues! These will be a big hit with my little girls!.

I really like the way it looks. As we assemble it, we do not use screws so we can see how big it's going to be. This is a very easy item to assemble. The prices for only a few items. Despite the lack of cracks, everything was fine. There are some places on the varnish where it is rough, but it is The wood had some small splinters sticking out of it in one or two places. It isn't enough to cause any harm. In spite of her age, our oldest daughter is roughly the size of a 5-year-old. There is a 42 lbs and a 40 inch difference between her and me. She was roused from her sleep under a guise of a dream so she would be able to come and try it on while hubby held it up for her to see if it was comfortable. The answer is yes. Easily and comfortably. Because she has long legs, she may have to stretch her legs to rock by the time Christmas arrives or her 4th birthday (March). However, it still works. (I also worked in the dream guise. A pink rocking chair had been on her mind when she awoke the next morning. The brown is so pretty and we got it in dark brown. )I was deterred by all the mixed reviews, so now we tried it now rather than later. The hardware was held in place as well as all the pieces. It is my intention to purchase stickers and a seat cushion to customize them for each of.

It is for my 14-year-old son that I purchased this Rockingchair The month - I have a granddaughter who is old. Children in this age range have between one and four years old. I would not recommend it for a one-time use The year is An old one. The support bar on the chair caught her head between the seat and the back rest of the chair. Having to saw the support rod off was a hassle for my son. I am sorry to tell you that my granddaughter and her parents had to endure such a horrible ordeal. A chair like this would not be a good purchase for a one-person use The year is An old one.
