It's designed to hold stuffed animals, but I'm sure you could stuff it with beans instead.
If it needs to be washed, I'd do so and hang it to dry.
Whether stuffed or unstuffed, the bag is the same size. It isn't made of a stretchy material that will expand as the bag is filled. It's similar to how a garbage bag works. Whatever the case may be, the bag size remains the same. It's flat in the package, but once it's stuffed with garbage, it appears to be much larger.

The concept of these is appealing to me. They don't work when they're used in practice. My kids won't sit on them because they're lumpy and strange, but they fit a lot of toys, so they're great if your kids have a lot of stuffed animals and you need to keep them contained. I purchased two of these, and the orange one is made of poor quality material. The turquoise is a nice thick canvas that I purchased. The orange is a gleaming synthetic material similar to that used in tents. It also appears to be in poor condition.
The best present for Christmas! The fact that it serves three purposes is fantastic - storage, a chair, and a never-ending supply of ideas coloring book that comes to an end I'm still getting over the sound of them drawing and wondering if it's the walls, but it's well-made with strong seams, a large handle, and a great modern, fun graphic kids can customize. I chose the smaller size because I knew I'd need two, and hoped it would fit under our indoor tent.
The fabric is of reasonable quality for the price, and it appears to be durable enough to be used for long periods of time. However, because it isn't double lined, the comfort of your cushion will be determined by the shape of your stuffed animals. My daughter has a total of 13 stuffed animals of various sizes, which isn't quite enough to fill the bag to capacity, so it's lumpy and uncomfortable. It might look a little better if we add some throw pillows. I think the concept of this product is fantastic because it puts those stuffed toys to good use, but the reality of using them isn't nearly as pleasant as one might hope. We'll keep it, but add some small pillows to see if we can improve the shape.
The black and white coloring pattern was available in the smallest size. Already, I can tell that the canvas material will last, that the stitching will hold up, and that, as previous reviews stated but which I didn't believe until I saw for myself, these are very roomy and fit a lot inside! The smallest size could easily fit an entire load of laundry for my 4-year-old daughter. She's crammed it with about a dozen different things. There are 18 stuffed animals in total, with room to spare. It's the perfect size for her, and she sat down and began coloring it in right away. I'm relieved to know that it can be thrown in the washing machine as well. And honestly, I wouldn't mind if it didn't completely remove the crayon/marker because the pattern is intended to be colored in anyway. It's also relatively inexpensive to replace. I think this would be a great gift for any child or teen (they could store clothes and blankets in it). We're going to buy more! I'm so happy I found this!.
The most brilliant concept imaginable. This is the world's best invention for parents who are sick of their children's stuffed animals taking over their home. My daughter's toy box was overflowing with stuffed animals of all shapes and sizes, so I came across this while searching for stuffed animal storage on Amazon, and it's incredible. I went with the larger size because it fit all of her stuffed animals and there was still room for more! She uses it for storage and as a chair because she doesn't have one in her room. She sat in that thing and watched a movie last night, and she said it was very comfortable. But the most important thing is that all of her stuffed animals are in stores, so I won't have to listen to her cry while I get rid of them because they're all over the place. This is something that every parent should have, and the price is unbeatable!.
I've been looking for a way to store my stuffed animals and blankets. I believe it will last a long time without causing any issues. I would advise you to carefully read the dimensions to ensure you are purchasing the correct size, as the images can be misleading. Overall, the item appears to be well made, as it has withstood the weight of both adults and children; however, I dislike that the handle and zipper are placed in areas that appear to be where you would sit, so I took away stars for those placements. br>br>I mostly used it to store extra pillows that I couldn't get rid of right now. The kiddo was initially hesitant to use it, but now enjoys it as long as it is placed near the zipper. br>br>Ideal for small spaces like RVs because it takes up so little room to begin with.
