I got this shelf as it was advertised as slightly larger than others similar to it for a similar price. It's standard particle board so don't expect it to feel or look like wood, but it is very nice and looks quality. You can trust it to hold up well! I was surprised by how easy it was to assemble. I spent 15 minutes doing it, including the running around my toddler did in order to help with it. There are even screwdrivers and hex wrenches included in the package. It's not hard at all! Sadly, the only con with this product is the bins that come with it. I can't get them to stand up straight no matter what I do, since they are flimsy. In my opinion, they are more likely to work with toys. Overall, I am very satisfied, and I would buy again.

The unit has just joined us after being with us for a short time as stated in the heading. What we observed in a quick glance is listed below. I found it to be very easy to put together. I don't think the book rack is sturdy, but it does look like it's sturdy. The thing is wall attachable, so I can be assured my baby will not fall over it if he climbs it. For this reason, it is nearly impossible for me to put away, or get another book out, unless I stand every book back up from top to bottom. It is frustrating for the child as well as the parent. The score wasn't good enough to keep.

It was easy to assemble by myself. After eating a lot of food over the holidays, I became nauseous during assembly. I did not know if it was the slight "new car smell" that the materials gave off or if it was acid reflux caused by the holiday snacks.
