Because the seat padding is good and you're not sitting on metal, it's quite comfortable. When I'm at the computer, however, I get tired of sitting in it after a few hours. It's a sturdy, comfortable chair, but if you're going to be sitting for an extended period of time, you might want to add a padded seat cushion. After all, this isn't a recliner, it's a folding chair.
What is the cost? When you select the number of chairs you want to buy, either one or a set of four, you get to choose the price. sheesh!
The distance between the floor and the bottom of the cushion is 16 inches. Cushion has a height of two inches. This is a fantastic chair that I use all day.

This well-liked folding chair was discovered. Comfortable seat and back cushions, as well as a heavy-duty, sturdy steel frame. I've sat in a lot of meetings in my life, especially church meetings, where I've served in a leadership role for many years. Although we've progressed to nice cushioned stacking chairs over the years, this type of chair is ideal for rooms where smaller chairs are required. This chair appears to be well-made, and it is very comfortable for me. I'm a big guy who needs a wide chair, so I wasn't sure how well this one would fit me. There are no issues that I have. This is a chair that I strongly suggest.
It was a big box with a lot of weight in it. It was difficult for me to carry it upstairs. It's a substantial chair. It felt very secure on the floor. It doesn't wobble at all, which is great because I'm doing yoga on it. I'm 5' 11" tall. My feet are still about a half inch from the floor when I recline in the chair. sigh. It's difficult to find adult chairs for short people! This one was almost there! I'm not sure how comfortable it would be for someone who is tall. The chair was not wrapped in bubble wrap, which is why I gave it three stars. The black metal has deep scratches where the paint has been scraped off. The backside cushion has a small gash. This slit will widen in the future. I need to figure out how to fix it now! So that makes me very unhappy, especially considering the amount of money involved. Overall, it's a well-made chair. I believe it is capable of supporting 300 pounds without difficulty!.
These chairs are extremely sturdy and well-made for a price of under $100. They open and close without a hitch. They fold up to be about 3 inches thick, and they're light and easy to move. When I (270 lbs) sit in them, the fabric appears to be durable, and the frame does not flex.
Today I received two of these chairs. The seller has stated that the description, color, and quality are accurate. It was a breeze to place an order and have it delivered. The only criticism I have is that the depth of the base (the part you sit on) from front to back is a little on the shallow side, so those who are taller or have larger thighs will not find much surface space and support. Overall, though, it's a good product at a good price.
The plastic feet and back hinge stops had all cracked off in less than a year. The rest of the chair appears to be indestructible, so pairing it with these scumbags seems like a waste of money. The steel tubing will rip up your floor if the feet aren't present, so you'll have to keep taping the remaining feet on. I had put off posting this, but I was irritated all over again when I pulled the chairs out of the closet to use.
It was low-cost and of poor quality. My kids can sit in the chairs, but I'm always hesitant to do so. I purchased one of these chairs to give it a try, and I am very pleased with it! It feels sturdy, and I'm not concerned about shifting in my seat. To be clear, this chair is the same size as the rest of our seating options. In fact, it's nearly identical to our other less expensive chairs in terms of color, shape, and size. So, it doesn't appear that I'm sitting in a special chair (the extra bar across the back legs is the easy way to tell them apart), but it is a more solidly built chair, and if my husband needs more chairs, I'll be ordering more of these!.
So, this chair is truly amazing, with extremely comfortable padding. However, I did not give this chair five stars because the chair's height is inconvenient for tall people. I'm 5'7" and the height doesn't bother me too much, but if I were 5,8" or taller, I'd be very disappointed with this purchase. My knees are bent awkwardly, as you can see in the photo. I'll probably only be able to sit in this chair for about 4 hours, but it seems to be able to support my weight well, even though I'm a big girl.
