We are unable to resolve them with ease. I've loved this chair from the first day I got it, but unfortunately I've had problems with it ever since. In the condition where you don't sit at the correct angle, the recliner part gets stuck and makes an unpleasant noise that sounds like it is about The USB port stopped working after one week, and I've been trying to solve the problem with the manufacturer for two weeks, but they still don't seem to be able to resolve it. I've tried troubleshooting with the help of all their advice, but I now need to send videos that show/prove the USB port can't be used. Especially given the high price of the chair, the manufacturer is difficult to deal with and takes a long time to rectify our issues. Quite disappointed especially given that we purchased the chair on a strict budget. As a result of poor customer service and the company not standing behind its products, plans to purchase the rest of the nursery furniture from this manufacturer have been changed.

This chair is for my son's nursery, and I did a lot of research on different types of gliders and recliners to choose one. It matched all my requirements and then some, and I had an idea of the type of chair I wanted. This is a bit more expensive than some other models, but it was one of only a few major purchases we made for the nursery, so I knew I wanted something high quality without actually having to buy furniture. on a few different websites. It was easy to put together even though I am currently eight months pregnant- I couldn't lift it myself, but it was still very heavy. With no tools required, you can easily attach the back rest to the base like a recliner. This couch is a beautiful heathered gray color, the silver stud accents match our fixture and they look very nice, and the fabric is thick and comfortable. It was difficult to find a comfortable chair that matched the size and needs of my 80-year-old mother. It is relaxing for her to rock or glide because she has neck and back issues. A comfortable place to nap was also important to her. She will enjoy sitting in this chair. Her favorite feature is that it isn't too soft, easy to get into and out of, and the power functions make it easy to recline. Good for babies, moms AND grandmothers.

I received it much sooner than I expected, the box was damaged and torn on all 6 sides, but the chair itself was fine. No damage or stains on the fabric, and the electronics work fine. A short person like me (I'm 5'2") would find this chair very comfortable, but the back is fairly high so I wouldn't think it would be uncomfortable for anyone of average height. In most respects, I'm quite happy that I scored this chair for $799 instead of the normally A $401 price tag for a $199 purchase. You get 50% off when you spend $100 or more!.

It took me a long time to find an item that was delivered in good condition. Even when you tested the mechanics, the chairs caught on themselves, on their bases, and felt like a speed bump as you rocked them back and forth. Our order of three chairs had to be inspected three times before we got one that wasn't damaged. Clearly, this momma was a fighter! What a great idea! You won't be disappointed with this one! This is a good head support. The cushioning is good. Both my husband and I (6 feet tall and very broad shoulders) find it comfortable. This bottle is comfortable to bottle feed and to breastfeed.
