My mother will enjoy playing these games with her grandchildren after I purchase this item for her. It has a sturdy pedestal that's easy to put together, and the bumpers are already in place.
Apparently this is what you get when you purchase furniture online? Anyhow, the table itself is fine, and it fits together nicely. As it stands in the room, it appears relatively nice, and anyone who is not closely watching might not notice it. Possibly the biggest disappointment with this product is that it is not very sturdy or the packing and delivery process Despite the picture appearing to indicate otherwise, the topmost layer of the table was substantially crushed. If you are not expect it to be perfectly pristine and feel totally brand new, then this will likely be okay given what you are paying for it. You may liken this to buying a used table and you'll know how high you should expect it to be. However, it's wonderful to be able to use it as a gaming table in the spare room because of how multifunctional it is.
Currently waiting for table to arrive. The packaging is suspect. A small scratch and small damage is visible on one side of the table. I would examine for damage before assembly, even though the damage is relatively minor. The assembly was easy - my husband put it together with no issues! Only one thing I don't like about it is the color. Although the picture looks dark, it actually isn't as much as that. This is a medium brown color, not a dark brown. We ordered balls, sticks, and brush for the bumper pool as well, and all this was delivered along with Despite what the description says, I don't think that's included.
I really like this table, and it is pretty easy to put together if you have some help in lifting it. It was only a problem that one of the cues was warped and couldn't be used. I was sent an email days after I called about getting a replacement, requesting that I send paperwork proving the purchase was legitimate. Days later, they responded with another email with additional documentation they still needed, despite my sending what I thought was what they needed. In the end, it was not worth the trouble I just went to another store and bought another cue.
It is a true marvel. It was a quick assembly that took under two hours. Very sturdy and looks absolutely fantastic.
A bumper was missing, so I was trying to obtain one. I call the 800 number and nobody answers!.
