No matter how much I am fond of this desk, I would never pay nearly $400 for it, that's just marketing that targets gamers at its worst. It is possible to find far better gaming furniture at a lower price point. I found what I paid on Amazon was a better deal for what I got. I felt compelled to buy one because it was a much smaller version of a much larger corner desk that took up space we wanted to use for our children's play area. It allowed us to regain many square feet of space by fitting in a space away from this area. It is just right for me in terms of height and size. It's time for me to upgrade my monitor stand to a vertical one to maximize my desktop area. I ordered a vertical two monitor stand to elevate each monitor an inch above the other. In addition to the USB 3. 0, there is a USB 2. 0. This is a nice feature since you can charge a phone, connect a USB flash drive, etc. It also comes with a USB hub. Across the table from the CPU, everything is plugged in without having to duck under the table. My blue LED strips are cool, but they've been installed without a great deal of care. One of the strips is crooked, but I don't really care because when I'm working or gaming, I'm not very attentive to them. Yes, I'm aware. I'm aware. Also, I have a place to put my beer where I will not spill it all over my computer, so that's a major plus. Which brings me to my next point. Another one is in order.
The product was purchased as a present for my son who at 23 years old recently received His Master degree, he wanted a desk with RGB lights, so after reading the great reviews, I purchased it for him. The light only lasted 2 weeks, so I contacted the manufacturer. At this point, there has never been a response to the mail. It is only through quality customer service that you can keep your client coming back for more and being recommended to friends. My son was disappointed about the lights I bought. It is unlikely that I will ever purchase another product from this company or recommend it to anyone.
It was an exciting experience to get my son this desk for his quarantine birthday since I intend to spend an entire afternoon gaming with him. I was pleased with the appearance of the desk as soon as it came out of the box. With only one person, it is extremely easy to set up. The surface of the desk was crooked after I placed the top on it. Those that are most readily visible when seated at their desk are right in their line of vision. Several pieces of the surface covering are missing from the "iPhone/iPad slot" in the middle of the desk, leaving exposed bare wood. The desk looks a lot less sleek with this at the top. Following the USB hub is the USB port. Because of that hub, this desk is the one I chose I don't have any compatible devices with Apple. In addition, it severely damaged my Lightning cable. The iPad cable I had at my office was connected to the hub with a cable I knew to be good. Furthermore, I did not get a charge from the iPad or either of the two iPhones, nor did it work anywhere. Cables that have been connected to the computer are The last thing I want is to kill another iProduct charging cable while I test other In spite of all the cheap-looking LEDs on the desk, the USB hub provides enough power to light them up. In addition, two of the plastic covers had not been installed completely properly, so I had to correct them. The quality of a desk in this price range was not up to my expectations. A gaming desk is a complete ripoff as a whole. My office desk would look much nicer for $200 if I bought it. In spite of that, I want to give my son the full As the product is so large and the box was somewhat damaged during opening, I'm not sure if there's a way to return it. The desktop piece has broken, and I'm hoping there is a way I can replace it. It will only be a matter of time until I have to switch to a separate charging station if that one fries another lightning cable. Please see the update below According to my understanding, USB ports are not meant to be charged. When connected to a computer, they serve only as additional USB ports for data transfer. There is an included wall-mounted display that does not seem to serve any purpose If the USB adapter only powers LED strips and does not charge devices via USB, it is not the USB adapter. The first time I've heard of such a configuration is here.
0 device that is surprisingly solid. It is fantastic to have a hub of zero. Ordering this desk was a bit of a gamble for me. My home office had to meet certain requirements in order to be viable for quarantine work, and it had to be sturdy enough to accommodate a boom arm and dual-monitor setup This mount holds your monitor in place. A solid desk top was delivered right out of the box. While I prefer real wood, I've found this to be much easier to maintain for cleanliness in the long term. With the two intersecting cross beams it ended up being surprisingly sturdy once assembled. I was skeptical about the strength of the metal legs, but they turned out to be sturdy after all. The table does not shake or wobble. In addition to the cup holder, a decorative shelf below it is also brilliant and does not obstruct my work at all. I no longer worry about knocking over anything It features a slots for cables to run underneath, and is built well for holding an iPad/iPhone. It would be great if the USB hub were dual sided so I could run a USB cable from underneath the desk to underneath the iPad slot, but I have to emphasize that I'm really picking at this rather than recommending anything. Cable management is built into the back of the table and is tucked underneath. Even though the basket could be a bit bigger, one can fit a large surge protector in there, so on that note there are few complaints. Despite my "whatever" attitude towards RGB light, they do a nice job of accent lighting late at night while I sleep so I can see my keyboard without having to use The desk is very well made for what I consider to be a great price.
I also appreciate the fact that I don't need a mouse pad anymore since the mouse travels freely and consistently wherever I move it. The durability of this purchase will be determined by how long it holds up to dragging, but so far I'm very satisfied with it.
