There is probably about a 3 foot length to the bag. I used it to refill a bean bag chair with beans that was already stuffed with beans but had become squishy over the years.
It was a medium/large bean bag seat I bought from Pier 1 that I emptied completely. I thought one refill bag would be sufficient, but it was barely half full with the whole bag used. My guess is that I will need to purchase 2 more to fill the box.
