I like the product, but I received someone's return item, which had screws already in it (not in a good way). Last but not least, someone screwed in the wrong screws and drilled holes in the bench.

This is a fantastic little ball rack. I've been looking on all of the furniture websites for a hall tree that is narrow enough for my small apartment. This one is the ideal size and appears to be of good quality for the price. It was also very simple to assemble. The safety strap is the only criticism I have. I understand why one exists, but it appears to be out of place and too loose. Plus, I don't have anywhere to hang it on my wall. I'll either have to do without it or find another location for it.

This item looks fantastic and is the ideal size for our foyer. We put it together, and unfortunately, the screws provided were not very careful, as one broke in the hole on the top rack, leaving us with only three hooks. To me, it's not a big deal. However, it was a little crooked, so take care when putting it together. Thankfully, the bottoms of the legs have adjusters for a little added height, and the price is unbeatable. It's adorable and rustic. I would purchase this product again.

It was the ideal size for my tiny mudroom. The only drawback was that there was a small chip under the corner of the bench seat, which I believe was due to the packaging being a little out of place for the contents. When I contacted the company, the representative offered a partial refund after discovering they didn't have the part in stock to replace it. The small flaw on the underside of the corner is something I can live with. Also, because of the seat support, the shelf heights are a little lower than shown in the pictures, so I had to purchase different baskets than I had planned. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the company's responsiveness!.

The parts are labeled on the bags in which they are contained, rather than on the individual parts. My advice is to leave the parts wrapped in their original packaging until the directions say to do so.

I bought these for my family to store their boots, shoes, and coats in. Unfortunately, there is either a design flaw (which is unlikely given that the other reviewers were able to put the product together) or a quality control issue that prevents me from putting the product together. br>br>See photos for misaligned bars; they're off by about a half inch, so you can't use the screw to join A (the right side metal bar) and C (the wooden plate). The holes have been pre-drilled. br>br> Drilled incorrectly in C (in the instruction manual) because the right side hole on part A does not match up. Because the bars do not match up, you cannot drill the wooden plate on the side. br>br>Normally, I would have requested a return because this could just be a quality control issue based on the positive previous reviews, but one of the screws is stuck and cannot be removed.
