Built-in to the table is a self-storing 18 inch extendable leaf that can be kept right below the top of the table

All Asian hardwoods are used in the making of this brand name dining set. All of our goods are made without MDF, veneer, or laminate.

Measurements for table are 60/78, 42 inches wide and 30 inches high. For chairs, they are 22 inches wide, 18 inches deep, and 40 inches high.

Is it possible to fit all of the chairs under the table at once?

Despite the fact that it can fit six chairs without the leaf, they are off to the side. I like

This appears to be a yellowish cream shade in the pictures. Does it really have such a dark color or is it a lighter cream? Have any of you taken pictures of your ?

As it looked on the pic, I ordered white, but it definitely received a yellowish tint. Due to my kitchen's color scheme, I had to return and choose the black one instead.

Is it possible to fit three people on the sides comfortably?

There are three chairs on each side, but we regularly put three on each side. Despite the tight quarters, there isn't a lot of room for elbows. There is an accurate depiction of how much room there is between chairs in this picture. Please accept my sincere thanks for your assistance.

Table tops are water resistant and heat resistant. Can a coffee cup or spill be placed on them on the table top?

When I use placemats I do not see a water mark on the table if the table is wet. My placemats do not seem to be as effective at handling the heat as I said previously. That might be of some assistance.

There is a lot of packaging to keep it from being damaged. I thought that was a great idea and worth the effort. Putting it up yourself might be quite a challenge as it is very heavy. So hope you have help or strong muscles if you attempt to do it far, I still haven't been able to determine whether the table is water-resistant and will find out when I spill a lot of coffee on it. He traveled from Vietnam to Houston and then The trip was long and tiring.

Despite daily use, it is very sturdy and has stood the test of time. A leaf in the middle of the table gives us the option of extending The process of assembling the pieces was not particularly challenging, but it did take some time. You will need to put them in a convenient place after they are delivered, since they are very heavy. Aside from the barstools, we also purchased 4 counter height barstools. There's nothing better than this, and it cleans easily, and it holds up well to a lot of abuse the kids throw at it. Despite being made of wood, the set looks quite high-end. It is a brand that I would recommend.

Despite the beautiful chairs and table, it has an insert that looks out of place

Upon delivery, the insert for the leaf was broken and two of the chairs had bolt holes that were cross threaded. Table and chairs are stunning, but the leaf insert broke. It was going to take two weeks for us to get replacements, and we had to hold onto the broken stuff until they delivered a new one before we could have the broken stuff picked up.

Changes need to be reviewed

Having written a review the other day, I was not able to obtain a I did not have to deal with the sellers as everything was resolved via Amazon and it was not their fault. The table is beautiful and the chairs were easy to assemble. I am so happy with this table since my family of six uses it every day!.

There is an embedded butterfly leaf in the tabletop, which makes it easy to clean. There is no assembly required for this part. It was very sturdy - the chairs and the table Keeping up well with a spouse who weighs 250 pounds.
