The customer service was excellent when I had a problem with this product. They were very very quick in helping me resolve my problem. It is so functional to have this island there. There is enough space for a pot filler on the top counter and the wheels glide easily on the top counter. For those who need more counter space and storage in their kitchen, this island would be a great addition. I ended up taking It takes approximately 5 hours to put this.
After assembling the stand, I noticed there was something amiss with its balance, as it would wobble constantly. A caster on one of the legs was not fully inserted into the leg, as I had suspected. A defect with the insert on the leg was the cause of this. The wheel bearings would be out of balance and cause the wheels to wobble when you try to use the island. This isn't a safe situation especially when In response to my request to send the support a message, I was offered a partial refund of $15 (later increased to $20) to find a solution. If I'm buying a pre-owned product, I should not have to pay for them to fix it right away, not to mention a pre-owned product Great! You'll have no trouble finding someone to repair it though.
For me, the unit will be used to hold a laser cutter that weighs roughly I could not believe how easy it was to put together, and how sturdy it is. After the rolling island is put together, it's counter level in height and has a nice drawer to store clutter from our home. My initial impression is that it looks nice and is going to work.

It is a very useful kitchen cart that provides extra storage space and extra counter space. It is quite sturdy as well. As well as being a good height, the counter is also very wide. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Yaheetech and I highly recommend this kitchen cart and vendor. They responded quickly to all my alterations requests and delivered the cart quickly.
