I had a problem with my cart when I first received it, but now it works great. A lot of the pieces were missing and the damaged piece was out of shape. The problem was with the shipping company, not ROVSUN! As soon as I notified ROVSUN of the problem, they replaced the cart with a new one and sent it through a different shipping company. It was great to get a response quickly from ROVSUN, and they stayed in touch to make sure I received the cart and was completely satisfied. I will find it perfectly suited to my needs. It is only putting it together that has been a problem and it is not so negative. The metal is so snugly fitted together that it was a bit difficult for me to set it up, but I am 68 years old and no longer as active as before. What I needed to do was It took me a little bit longer than I expected. ROVSUN is one of my favorite companies. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

A utility cart was the object of my desire, but it was sold out when I went to buy it. during a search related to the one you were looking for and decided to order it I was surprised at the great distance between the shipping delivery date and mine when I received the confirmation of my order! My attempt to cancel the order was unsuccessful after I contacted the seller. So I decided to wait for it to arrive even though it had already been shipped. Unlike the other reviews, I was a little disappointed with the lack of sturdiness of the cart, and the silver screws which seem like mismatches for such a black cart. However, it does its job to some extent. This cabinet is used for storage in my laundry room for my essential items, and it fits perfectly in the awkward nook that I have. The only complaint I can make is that it's shipping was very long and that the price is a little The majority of the time, I know this is going to be a long ride.

Adding the fourth leg made it easier to add the shelves to the legs. I assembled the shelves to three of the legs first. In order to install the screws, I had my wife steady the legs while I screwed them in. Neither a set of feet nor a set of rollers were included with this. There's no need to worry about the rollers marring hardwood floors. After I put them on, I looked around. As a result, the screw holes are fairly large, and assembling the item is easy. But that means they won't be quite as stable as they claim to be. The screws will need to be tightened enough that friction between the parts will prevent the parts from moving. There are no countersunk legs, and the head of the screws are not flat. It means that the screw heads stick up above the surface of the leg a little bit. Apparently the heads of the screws sticking out from the main plate could cause problems with clothes, but so far that has not been an issue.

Attached to a very thin bracket, the wheels are attached by a small bolt that is only welded in two places. Immediately after it broke off, one of the wheels fell off. Another wheel broke off while I was repairing the first one. In order to work properly, the wheels must be attached to the bottom of the legs properly. One of the bottoms of the legs where the wheel mounts were attached was If I had realized how poorly made this cart was, I would have returned it immediately, but I spray painted it upon arrival before recognizing its shortcomings.

I like the spacing among the shelves, and the mesh on the shelves is a good size. The finish on the top is acceptable. Our needs were met by this product. After just 3 days of usage, there is an issue with the wheel. There was a problem with the welded base of the fence. Do you have pott metal on hand? In any case, not a great.

The first one that I got did not fit in the holes, but the customer service was great. I can't say enough nice things about this company. They replaced it immediately with a new one that fit perfectly. It was a very sturdy cart and I could not ask for a better product. It was delivered quickly as well.

There are no instructions included, so it took me about 15 minutes to assemble this cart. It was quite simple to put together, and I did not have to look at them. There is only one type of screw and one type of nut, so no sorting of various parts and getting them mixed up is required. It has very sturdy casters that roll very smoothly, two of which can be locked to keep the cart where you put it, or you can use rubber feet instead of the casters if you don't need to move the cart A nice laminate is used for the top. This is a great book! I'm glad I got.
