This split box spring isn't particularly luxurious, but it gets the job done. I used it with my Novaform memory foam mattress, and it feels like I'm sleeping in a new bed. The shipment was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. It used to be such a pain to call around to local mattress stores and try to find just a split queen box spring (for double or triple the price), so I'm grateful that ordering one through Amazon only took a few minutes. In addition, I am pleased with my purchase. For the price, I don't believe you can get much better.
Finally, something that you can easily transport up and down stairs! We recently purchased a 100-year-old home and were unable to fit a double-sized box spring through the door opening and up the stairs. However, because the bed that needed to be up there was a queen size, we were able to solve our problem with this split box spring. It arrived very quickly, even ahead of schedule!.
Overall, I was excited because this product received positive reviews and I couldn't get a regular boxspring up to my bedroom due to the dimensions of my stairwell. This item was extremely light and simple to use. The cross-section of the problem is likely to be a contributing factor. Because the members are made of 1x lumber, they are extremely light and brittle. Just by falling onto the bed, I broke my boxspring in a matter of days. Fortunately, I'm handy, so I added some 2x8 lumber to reinforce it, and I've had no problems with it, even when doing physical activities that would break this box like matchsticks. Overall, it's not bad for the money, but I'm surprised none of them are broken. Carrying it up the stairs was simple. If they're light enough to ship for free, I'm guessing most of these products on Amazon will be inexpensive.

Change your mind. My initial review was essentially "they get the job done," but after one of the box springs broke, I had to change it. Nothing out of the ordinary happened to it - My bed doesn't have any WWE wrestling matches on it; it just started creaking and eventually stopped. Spend an extra $40 on something more durable that will last longer than eight months.
I'm not sure if it was done on purpose or by accident. However, once I received the other box, I was able to set it up, and it works perfectly. It's the perfect size for a queen-size bed. The box frames are sturdy and well-built. Because I'm a big guy, the split box Springs are ideal for weight distribution.
I promised her I'd get her a new one and throw away her old Queen size Box Spring. This item arrived on time, and she had no trouble carrying each piece to the third floor by herself! The 8" queen split Box Spring I ordered is ideal for her bed! Thank you very much. This is an excellent product.
I bought these supports for my memory foam mattress, and just over a month later, I have two broken wooden slats. I'm a little overweight, but not over 230 pounds, and I don't jump around in bed. I wouldn't recommend these supports to anyone who is close to my weight or has a child who jumps on the bed.
