Achieved more than we expected

Since nearing 20 years ago I have not slept in a bed for over a decade. This is the first bed I've ever bought. The purchase of this item was something I really dreaded. The night I slept on it, I had no back pain, and I loved the comfort and warmth that it provided. A couple weeks after receiving it (it arrived a week early! ), I don't even feel any pain in my back, and have been sleeping better? I've never experienced anything like this in my life.

Packing and box springs presented poor physical and functional conditions

I am very impressed with the mattress. It looks great and is Nonetheless, the bottom half of the box spring was in disrepair (with multiple spots where the black covers had come apart). And finally, I was not impressed with the packaging. There were only band straps holding it together (in some places).
