In the first place, it shipped so fast that I honestly did not expect to have it until After the assembly comes the conference. Let me just say that I've bought beds online before and they are a nightmare to put together 99% of the time. This one was easy. Assembly was absolutely taken into consideration when it was packaged. I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. It was no problem with the help of 2 toddlers(which is amazing). It is one of my main concerns to order a bed frame with a headboard so that it would not bend. (to keep my review page intact), I did not want one that was going to collide with the wall every time I got in and out of bed. This product has no chance of being unsteady for me, and I have no concerns about that.

I am very satisfied with this bed since it is very impressive for the price. The material was a little different than I thought it would be (I thought it would be a little smoother and less scratchy) but it is not a major issue for me. Although it's not the most comfortable bed, the headboard and frame are really beautiful. This guide is so useful for even the easiest installations, even if you may not need it. The quality of the frame does not disappoint, nice and tight, I put my 8 inches mattress on it along with a 4 inch topper, and the bed frame did not give me any trouble at all. Neither the quality nor the price are in question. I think it's a good idea. There isn't anything wrong with the product, the price may be a bit higher, but it would be perfect if it were also cheaper.

A lot of work was required to assemble this product. It was a lot of work for me! I usually can read directions and put things together, but this one was tough! There were parts that I couldn't even get to fit, so I had to hammer them in Do not try to make it fit. I have not seen a platform bed of this quality while others I have seen before have been delicate and fragile. Considering the price, this is a good deal. I'm not a big fan of gray color, but if you are, then it's sure to be your favorite. suggest that the manufacturer ensure that all parts fit well and drill openings where necessary accurately, I had to suffer because of that, but, besides this assembly issue, I love my bed and no longer have to break my back laying on the mattress sitting on the floor, no more back pain.

It's incredible how comfy this bed is! I was able to assemble it very easily. The only screws it requires are five. . It looks and feels excellent, and it is sewed nicely. The fabric is very classy and looked lovely when I first put it on. As well as the front rails, the side rails are upholstered. I am simply overjoyed that I won't be banging my toes on a metal rail any longer since I'll no longer be banging mine. I'm so happy! I can't believe how great our bed is! My experience with this company has been good.

We found the instructions to be better than those of I like the exploded views and the pictures are very good. There were some parts that were already assembled for you, which is a great idea. It is amazing how well wooden strats sound. A feather bed really makes a difference in how you feel when you wake up in the morning. Working at home is made easier with a headboard that supports your back. The look is very modern! It is definitely a product I would recommend!.

In the first place, the 2 This 3 day shipping window is a sham. It will take much longer than that. Also, one of the key pieces was not compatible, which is a shame since it seemed so easy to assemble. Our customer service representative replaced our bed as soon as possible since our old bed broke and we are still sleeping on the floor due to the mismatched pieces. The delivery to my husband is not available through online tracking, which is fine for me, but not for him.

After a few e-mails back and forth, customer service finally provided an online tracking number for the item we were looking for. I tracked it and found out that it had been created on April 20 and is scheduled to arrive on April 22. So, that day has come and gone and the delivery has now been marked as "pending" on 4/24, but the label has yet to be To let customer service know, I contacted them again and have not heard back from them.
