Customer service was excellent and the ottomans were top-shelf. He was the only one to arrive. As for the one ottoman that did arrive, it was a very good product. Quality, sturdy, but still easy to put together. My couch has a similar gray color and a tailored aesthetic to that case, so it went well together. A great deal of storage space is available in the ottoman. If the top is in its table position, it feels stable enough that I do not mind keeping my glass of water on it for as long as I need to. There is also a mechanism that makes the table easy to assemble Keep the top clean in case there are any I found it to be very comfortable and stable for a 250 pound person. The seat is well constructed and feels like it will last for quite some time. There is no one of a heavier weight in my circles, so 250 is as high as we've gotten. After contacting Amazon about the missing ottoman, I immediately requested another one to be sent out. There was a problem with the second one, which was missing a stud (photo). Even though it was only a small cosmetic malfunction, I opted to contact the manufacturer rather than As much as possible, I contacted the manufacturer (Nathan James) to see if they could send me just the replacement stud to pound in myself. In lieu of an ottoman, they sent a whole new one. As soon as I asked if I should send back the damaged ottoman, they told me no. Since the missing stud was not a problem, I pounded in the sharp point and kept the damaged ottoman as well. Currently, I have 3 of them, and they all look fantastic together. Hannah James' "customer happiness" representative, Melanie, kept in touch with me throughout the several days of the process to inform me of when I could expect delivery, to ensure I'd received the replacement, and to ensure I was satisfied. A nice surprise gift I received in the mid-January was chocolates from Brooklyn Burdon, founder of Nathan James. Our apologies if the situation caused you any difficulty. Having received an ottoman from Nathan James, a yummy chocolate and a strong desire to buy something else from him, I now have a lot more to choose from. You guys are great at customer service!

The trailer is now so much more comfortable with such a great addition. It is lightweight and easy to assemble. Despite being less expensive than it really is, the wood top looks great.
The area of storage is actually large enough for quite a lot of things.

They look just like the online photos, but once I got them I realized they are much better in person. For a folding cube ottoman for $35 each these are fabulous. The color is beautiful, they look extremely elegant, and they are a very sturdy product. While the lid does not sit inside the cube, it just balances/lies over top, but it is so heavy that it stays on top much better than I imagined it would, although it's not heavy enough that animals or children can knock it off with ease when I must say that the interior of the tray is quite beautiful. They were definitely an excellent purchase.

The quality was just as good as it should be. Thank you for finding the perfect mattress for my bed. I am very happy with it. The quality is superb, and the price is very reasonable. A very sturdy piece. I have already tried sitting on it (I weigh 125 pounds) and it did not move. It's great to see wood paper printed on the inside of the lid. My preference is to have as many details as possible! Until we purchase nightstands, I didn't want to commit. So this will complement our bedroom set once we purchase it. Aside from the funny instructions, I enjoyed the game. This is the easiest recipe to put together I've ever tried.

It is easy to assemble and requires no assembly. A sturdy design. It is especially attractive one the lid turns over to reveal a faux rosewood tray. It looks like I'll get 4 furniture buttons to go on top. The artwork is actually quite nice as is The studded detailing on the lid makes it unique. There is enough room for eight large towels inside. Thanks for the good price on this ottoman. I was looking for a better quality A4 foldout because of similar department store foldings that looked wimpy I would recommend this choice. It's the perfect height for a footstool!.

In general, I only leave five-star reviews (with Because I was blown away, this earns five out of five stars. I really like how it looks in my simple, humble city apartment. It's well made, sturdy, and easy to set up. In my limited budget, I have never been able to afford really expensive furniture, thus, I always look for furniture that is both functional and beautiful I was looking for something that was well-made and at an affordable price. In order for my kitties (who refuse to cuddle with each other) to sit on either side of me, I wanted an ottoman that I could sit in the middle of my couch and rest my feet on. (The couch can recline on either side, but sitting in the middle is a small price to pay to have my kitties right beside me. ) I was also surprised at how often I use the tray! If my kitties aren't sitting with me, I move to the side, flip the top over, and a nice, sturdy tray is formed to hold my coffee or a cheap glass of For those who may not be fussy about furniture but want something functional that is easy to assemble and looks really good, this is the one to buy. And, as an ottoman footrest, it is just cushy enough to be comfortable. This is a great purchase. I am very satisfied with it.

My favorite part of this foot stool is its small size. The whole thing just needs to be put I don't think that took long at all! It was a great set of instructions with some humor thrown in. This process is very quick and easy. You do not need to use any tools. It is a great place to put your feet up. It was possible for me to sit on it but I did not. It goes well with my off-white patterned chair, since it is a beige color. It's a product I'm going to buy again if I need another later. As long as they look and work well, it is okay that they are plastic.

All of my other tables were too large and did not recline (the middle section does not recline). I was impressed by how easy it was to assemble, and I found the instruction manual to be The irony is not lost on me! Isn't it strange that an instruction manual could be made humorous? The ottoman became even more appealing to me when these people did that. Besides providing storage (we put a blanket and a pillow inside) and a tray on top, I love the fact that the unit also offers storage. This color is also neutral and can be incorporated The course is a 3-credit course It is an excellent item and I recommend it highly.
