I wanted a drying rack that didn't take up much space on the counter. We put it under a kitchen cabinet near the instant hot water heater that we use to rinse wine glasses after they've been washed. It's great, and it spins to replace your glasses. It's a lot nicer than having a rack on the counter top all the time when it's not in use.
I purchased this to mount to the underside of a shelf in my china cabinet, and it works perfectly! I have a lot of fancy glasses, and this allows me to make the most of the space I have. I will be ordering more!.
