flows very nicely, doesn't need to be shaken, is plastic outside (but it seems like crystal inside, but I can't be sure), is very sturdy, and is a good size (about 6 in. The tallest member of the family is 5.5"
From the interior, it seems like there is a lot There is no metal on the outside it is all
The shower curtain does not have a suction cup, but a rubber band would likely hold it in place since it's made
As this was exactly what I was looking for, we didn't attempt to remove the timer from the outer case. It offers extra protection because of its outer case. If you are not sure how the product was assembled, talk to the manufacturer. You will no longer be able to enclose sand in the bases (top and bottom) if you remove the outer case.

Here are a few notes to remember Due to the huge sticker that the warehouse slapped on this and I couldn't get off I did not deduct stars. As you can see, the image is a warning of what can be found in warehouse pieces. Putting it in a bag before covering it with stickers would have been a good idea. As well as the pink top portion, there's one across the bottom.
During about the second and third installments, the sand gets stuck. Our attempts to use this feature are always at the 3 minute mark. Nothing you do will get it moving, including shaking it or smacking it on a hard surface. The big piece of sand, nesting in there to create a blockage, could be contributing to the problem. The item will be returned, and I will get another.
The concept of using a sand timer for my students is awesome, it works great! In this case, however, it arrived broken and full of sand, and I was not able to print a return label since the product cannot be returned. I paid $13 for it! Also, I left the seller a feedback, but I couldn't get it to work.
These are great for use in an office environment for various "time checks. " They are both big enough to be seen and the colors are distinct enough that you can tell what duration you are using without looking at the top. But I purchased them for use in a conference room (30 feet away). While they don't sound an alarm when they are done and it's hard to tell how much time has left on the clock by looking), these are the features I was looking for, so I got what I was looking for. They appear pretty durable (drops from three stories seem to be no problem for them) I only gave this a 4 out of 5 because the timer for one minute is 50 seconds and the timer for two minutes is two minutes While I didn't expect the timers to be very accurate, the 3, 5 and 10 minute timers do a great job. The information in this post isn't relevant to my needs, but perhaps it is useful to someone else.

e. Easy to use, won't tip over For kids and for timing activities divided into 1 minute intervals, this is a perfect idea for encouraging them to brush their teeth. To reset the timer for another minute, flip the timer each time it empties. The 4 minute timer is best suited for activities that take up to four Brushing my teeth and playing Dungeons & Dragons with it are two of its uses The role of dragons is to You can play games online. If players are taking too long to decide, I pull out this timer and tell them they have one minute to think it over (or sometimes two, This is a great way to speed things along and keep them from stalling out, especially when you are playing with players who are easily distracted It is not safe for kids to be distracted. A character penalty can also be imposed impromptu, for example, a player may be told that his/her character is blind, immobile, unconscious, etc. for a certain number of minutes rather than a certain This timer makes that character something to do, while the rest of the party can feel the tension of trying to compensate for the handicap for a set amount of time. For whatever reason, this is a good choice in an accurate, durable, easy-to-use handicap watch. The (colorful) sand timer is shown in the picture. I tested it and it took just over 60 seconds, so if you're aiming for careful cooking, you can rely on it to do so. You want to time more than one thing, if you can In addition to being diligent about flipping the glass when the upper glass runs out, you should keep the computer running for minutes on end.
To have a backup in case of a 5 minute process at work. It is not uncommon for a supervisor to forget his smartphone and not have access to a stopwatch. One of them is for my kids and the other is for my kitchen. It is impossible to break this for the boys, who are 2 years old, 4 years old, and 11 years old. It took me about 15 minutes to time A 5M 1S in one direction and a 5M 8S in the other is first. In the other direction we have 5M 7S. There are sand grains that are larger than those in the 30 minute version, so you can really see this thing accumulating sand quickly on the bottom of the tub. This isn't exactly marketed as a precision tool that would cost triple or more the price. Rather than a 30 minute version that appears so slow and takes so long that kids lose interest, the 60 minute version keeps them engaged.
