I wanted a larger one because I make healing herbal remedies and cook A Granite Mortar and Pestle of ChefSofi's LARGE size is just what I need to grind all of my foods. I will even be able to grind roasted buckwheat in it to make buckwheat polenta with it. Washing my quinoa and roasting it in a skillet before mixing it with millet for gluten-free food works well for me There is free pumpkin bread to be had.
