What are the pros and cons of this press for arthritis sufferers?

It takes the same amount of effort as any other garlic press on the market. I've never had a problem with it, but my arthritis flares up now and then at 72, but it's not a major issue for me. I'll chop the garlic clove a couple of times before putting it in the press if it's particularly large.

For those who purchased it 6 months ago, could you please tell me if the color of the matel part changes, as it appears to darken?

8 months ago, I purchased this item. On garlic, it works wonders! We use it twice a week on average. It appears to be in excellent condition.

Is it necessary for me to peel the garlic clove?

Yes, press the garlic clove with the flat side of a knife to make peeling easier. The peeled garlic cloves are then crushed in a garlic crusher.

Is it possible to add two garlic cloves?

There are two small cloves. There are no two people of similar size.

FINALLY, a useful product! Amazing, sturdy, and simple to keep clean! I've tried a few garlic presses over the years and have always disliked them, until now! They either didn't work, were difficult to clean, or had a flimsy, cheap feel to them

So I was doomed to mince garlic by hand for years until I finally grew tired of it and decided to look for a new product. br>br>I spent hours reading reviews, top 10 lists, and various articles, which seems ridiculous for a $10-$15 product. I had 15 items, but I was tired of bad merchandise! I finally came across this and am SO GLAD I did! It works fantastically well; any garlic skin that remains can be easily removed by hand, and you can rinse it in seconds because there are no crevices for garlic to get stuck in! It also feels substantial in comparison to its size, and the grip is adequate even for larger hands. br>br>It's great; I can crush about four of them with it. I can get through 6 cloves without having to pull the skins out (they fall out when you open it). Simply put, it's simple, strong, and incredibly simple. I can't believe this is what I've been missing out on! It's well worth the money and saves me a ton of time compared to doing it by hand. I would buy this product again and again.

Because of the negative reviews, I was hesitant to purchase it, but I decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did. The device is well-made in and of itself. In comparison to my old one, it's a little heavier, but it's extremely well constructed. The design is excellent; the garlic is completely compressed with no waste. Because of the comments, I was concerned about possible cleaning issues, but I quickly realized that this had been exaggerated. I'm not sure what the issue is. Because garlic is present in nearly all of the dishes I prepare, the device is frequently used. It's a fantastic product in general.

Cleaning is a breeze

I used to have one that looked similar to this, but it was a pain to clean. The squished garlic could never be extracted from the holes. This one, this one is a definite winner! I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher because it's easy to clean by hand. Because of the cost!.

To crush the garlic, you'll need a lot of muscle

It has a lovely appearance, but crushing garlic requires strength. I threw away my old one before attempting to use this one. That was a huge oversight.

For multiple or single cloves, this is the way to go! It works great; occasionally, the garlic will come out the back, but if you lift and repress it, it will come out easily
