Since I like to use two different kinds of garlic in my cooking, I have two of these garlic keepers. For keeping black garlic from Aomori in Japan, I use the black container, while for storing my regular garlic, I use the blue container. Their design makes them a perfect addition to any kitchen counter, and they do exactly what they were designed to do. With the lid easily removable and replaceable and the knob big enough so that your hands do not slip even when wet, it's easy to use. As far as I am concerned, the few imperfections in the finish simply add to the quality of the product. American artisans have made all of the furniture by hand, which I appreciate. The service they provide is excellent!.

My new counter top is the right size, not too small for easy access to my garlic bulbs, but big enough for elephant garlic, and not too big to encroach on my small apartment kitchen counter. Though it's a bit pricey, I like to support American made products. Besides, it's made by hand and is of very high quality. Don't let this opportunity pass you by.
I used to have an enormous garlic press that took up a lot of space and I didn't need as much garlic on hand all the time. This one is much more convenient for me.
The garlic keeper is really nice. A minimum of three garlic bulbs can be stored in it I am really happy with how the product turned out and how it looks.
