These are great and I am in love with them. This is a very very nice quality product because the wholes are large enough for cooking, so you don't have to shake them 20 times to get the right amount When it comes to salt, be careful because it will evaporate quickly.

You can use stainless steel for this. The quality of the product is good. The large holes allow me to use it for pepper and ground spices. Just what I was looking for. I had the item in 2 days and it was at a good price.
