There is real marble on the floor and it looks great!
Neither the inside nor the outside are polished My salt cellar has been in use for over a year now and the interior continues to smoothen as I use it.
"White marble one" is something I have never heard of. It is approximately 3 inches in diameter and is made from black marble. With a diameter of 25" and a depth of 12" The height of this object is 25".
Despite the polished outside, the inside of the bowl is not quite as polished as the outside. I feel that you could maybe put some butter inside, say for a dinner party, but I wouldn't want to store butter inside it for long-term - just for one meal. The use of this device makes meal preparation easier since it keeps both salt and pepper fresh. I like that they are small, as they are fresh. A larger supply of gum is kept in an airtight container and refilled regularly. Their appearance is elegant enough to bring to the table. They look nice on my kitchen counter. With soap and water, they are easy to clean.
Before using it, it had a large crack that began to break off when it was washed. The fact that it took me so long to get it in the first place prevented me from returning it. There is a substantial difference between this one and the previous one. It is more convenient and easier to use devices with the knob on the top than those without.
This container is where we keep our Maldon salt- We have it in the kitchen counter and it looks great against our granite counter. Tiny and just right size for finishing salt, this container is just the thing.

I don't like having a lot of clutter on my countertops, but I do want a salt cellar for flake sea salt. The marble is nice to the touch, and the size is appropriate. It is easy to use, and a good purchase.
I'd prefer a bigger one, but this one is too small for me. As far as I know, there isn't a similar model with an even.
As a result of my contact with Amazon, a replacement was shipped. I wish the package had been more clear. My heart just beats faster when I see I think it's the perfect match to my home decor.
