I can honestly say that this is the premier pizza cutter I have ever owned. You can count on it to last. If this thing were all you had, you could take down a man and then utilize it to cut up the delicious post-murder pizza you'll inevitably consume. Despite my joking, this thing is a beast. It weighs about as much as ten Though this is a good thing, since it speeds up cutting by cutting through the crust and reduces the effort required. The blade can cut through anything, but perhaps will not harm So you can clean it in a sink or put it in a drawer without having to worry about getting hurt. As the pizza cutter appears to be very well made, I am guessing this may be the last pizza cutter you will ever need to purchase. However, what I like best is that you don't leave any cuts in your pans with this machine. The pizza cutter is safe for use on any surface you're likely to cut a pizza on, and won't damage the surface by cutting into it. a tip I am throwing in pizza cutters work well for cutting quesadilla slices in general. It's something to think about.
Although Oxo Good Grips are among my favorite products, this one lands on the bottom of my list. It was actually ordered by accident, thinking it was the traditional metallic wheel, but I figured I'd give it a try anyway. A hard plastic wheel with an angled edge is actually what this is. As a result, it isn't sharp enough to handle pizza with a crispy crust. In fact, both times I have used it, I had to press so hard to get it to cut that the whole pizza slipped right off the pan and fell to the ground. Boboli used the same crust for both pizzas I made crust by pushing on my knee, yet the wheel left no mark on it.
In the two pictures, you can see the pressure I'm putting on my knee, yet I have not made any marks. As you can see, I tried to cut a tortilla in the second picture. The scoring marks are not completely removed, but there are some marks left behind. You can avoid the hassle by saving yourself the trouble. If you're going to cut your pizza, go with a standard metallic wheel.
It is possible for the handle to become loose in the dishwasher and fill with water. As a result, the water dribbles onto the pizza being cut as it is being This is gross. This replacement is the same model as far as I know and has a firmly attached handle, however the blade is pretty poor compared to the old one, even after a few months of fairly regular pizza Friday use. There is just too much of a failure rate in my pizza cutter. I get about one bad cut per pizza resulting in smooshed toppings and misplaced cheese every time. Can I justify buying a second new pizza cutter because it is so big of a deal? It's probably not going to happen. The review will be written by me, however.
For the last eight years, we have had two of these, and we use them every Friday for pizza night. These plates have actually held up quite well in our dishwasher when we've used the high heat setting. After seven years, it finally cracked, so we had to replace It is ideal for people who do not have any experience with Pans that don't stick. I still use this, and it does not ruin the.
In the past two days, I had purchased two non-alcoholic beverages When I bought nonstick sheet pans, I found that my old metal pizza cutter wheel could not be used on them without damaging them There is a surface that sticks. This was perfect for what I needed! This is a surprising high score Based on how it appears. The surface cleans up To remove dried on cheese, I used the "plastic scrub" part of the back of my sponge. Although it came off fairly easily, it left a light scratch on the wheel due to the "plastic scrub". As far as I can tell, it does not I have used it for several months and it works fine. It just does not look brand Right after it has been cleaned for the first time. However, let's not forget! The pizza cutter IS there!.
There is no point in purchasing this product. Its one claim to fame is that it does one thing well and fails in the other. This wheel is made from plastic, and it is extremely You will just push your toppings ahead of the "blade" when you cut a pizza with it (no matter how thick or thin the crust is). It isn't sharp enough to cut Do you notice that in all the pictures it's cutting pizza of all types but none of them have any degree of topping on it? If I was giving it to the garbage, I would ignore it for $12 - with a proviso that I would throw it away later. What did we learn from it? It doesn't work for me, so I'm returning it and posting this in hopes that others will not buy this product. You're.
Our objective was to find a durable and comfortable pizza cutter that was sturdy and would last for many uses. A huge thank you goes out to OXO for providing us with this It may be slightly heavier than others, but the handle is comfortable to use and the large wheel is strong enough to slice through crusts both thin and thick. Our cutter is easy to wash by hand, and we hand-wash it every week. A pizza cutter like this would be a good investment for me. Those who love pizza would appreciate this gift, and this cutter would make a wonderful.
Now I have these expensive Curtis stone pans that I have used for baking and lots of other things with parchment paper. But one day I wanted to make pizza on one and I was unable to do so since I needed a crust that would not cut or damage the pan. This cutter made me so happy when I found it! With this being plastic, I was worried that it might be flimsy. But, I have to tell you this thing is HEAVY DUTY. Not heavy at all and I was very pleased with how easy it was to get my pizza cut with!.
