I purchased it because of the positive reviews, the fact that it comes with a small blade shield that helps the item stand upright, and the comfortable-looking handle that appeared to allow for more control when cutting pizza. So far, I'm happy with the product, but I despise cleaning it. Yes, you can detach it from the handle part, but it's sharp, and it's a pain to pull the blade out and back in each time, so cleaning is a pain in the but. I did find it cuts beautifully, and the top handle provided the control and ease of use I envisioned, but the downside is the clean part; I sometimes skip pulling the blade out and use a sponge to turn the blade 360 degrees to wash it with hot soap water so I don't have to go through the trouble Overall, I'm happy with the product; it's simple to use, and I like that it comes with a blade protector so there's no risk of cutting oneself when taking it out of or putting it back into a drawer. I'm confident that I'd buy it again.

I never imagined the day when I would be interested enough in pizza cutters to do some research. We are, however, here now. I used to cut pizza with a butcher knife, but now that I'm in my 30s, I've decided it's time to start cutting pizza like an adult, with ease and precision. I was hesitant to purchase this one because I assumed it would be too small. When I first saw it, I was taken aback by how large it was. It stands on its own. The blade is protected by a cover, which you remove by pressing a button. Another button allows you to completely remove the blade, which makes cleaning it much easier. This is something I would strongly advise you to have in your kitchen.

I already had a pizza cutter with a handle, but I couldn't get a better slice because I had to apply some pressure to cut through the pizza. This pizza cutter has an ergonomic handle that is comfortable to hold, and the pressure applied to the pizza is consistent. I was skeptical when I first read other reviews on this pizza cutter because people kept raving about how well it slices, but they were absolutely correct! It takes no effort to simply roll this across your pie and get a nice clean slice; there's no pressing down hard, no rolling back and forth, and your toppings stay put. My pepperoni halved easily and stayed in place while cooking. It appeared to be a trick because, let's face it, when have you ever sliced a pizza without messing up the toppings? br>br>Because it's so simple to take apart and put back together, cleaning is a breeze. My husband, who worked for 6 years in a New York style pizza shop, was completely taken aback when he used it for the first time, exclaiming, "Where has this been all my life?" br>br>This was an excellent purchase that I would strongly recommend!.

So, solely based on the reviews, I purchased this. However, it didn't seem to cut well with me. For a new product, the blade doesn't appear to be very sharp, and I had trouble starting with the edge of the pizza crust, so I'm not impressed. It's possible that it's not the right fit for me. I'll return to one with a long handle. It's nice, though, and I like the little holder. It also stands upright on the counter if you want to leave it there.

I wish I had a dime for each pizza cutter I've purchased over the last two decades. I wouldn't be wealthy, but a dollar would ease the pain of tossing out items that only worked halfway and then had to be replaced. It shouldn't be difficult to cut a pizza, but most of them were designed for cutting raw dough rather than a finished crust, and I've even purchased knives that were supposed to be dangerously sharp. Nope. Then I came across this adorable little device and decided to give it a shot. It sliced through thick and thin crusts with ease, and it handled thick layers of cheese and everything else on the pizza with ease. They're ridiculously simple to disassemble and clean, and they're just as simple to put back together. I like that it comes with its own stand and can stay on the counter rather than going into a drawer where it could cut unwary fingers or become dulled by too many other utensils. This one is easy to hold and performs well. I only wish I'd known about it before I bought the ones that didn't work. It is preferable to be late than never. Along with a gift card to a good pizza joint, this would make an excellent stocking stuffer.

Last night, as I was using this slicer, I exclaimed aloud, "Man, I love this pizza slicer!" My son- Law adds his two cents, expressing his agreement as well as his admiration for how simple it is to clean. The slicing blade is incredibly simple to remove and replace. Even though I have arthritis in my hands, this slicer is very easy to use! Anyone would benefit from it! It's the ideal size, and it comes with a blade cover for storage and safety. I just keep it on my counter because the cover stands up like a little stand and can be used to slice other things. Quesadillas, grilled cheese, and green onions are among the foods we slice with it.
