It is a beautiful attachment and I love it so much. The gadget is so easy to use that my 9 year old nephew also participated in the experience. The pasta cutter attachments are definitely going to be used in the near future. I was really happy that it fit my kitchenaid. Be sure to tighten the bolt on the side to the proper tightness.

These pasta attachments are very useful, my mother loves pasta and noodles, before I bought these attachments, I used to kneel, roll and cut noodles by hand, it took me a long time to do it, but now the attachments make it so much easier I prefer to make rice/egg noodles this way because it saves me time and also makes my mother happy because she can eat whenever she wants.

I put it on my kitchenaid and it fit I found it to be very useful. Having only used them once, I cannot comment on the quality of their work It was my first time today, and I had a great time. Making fresh pasta from scratch is my favorite thing to do I grind kamut grain into flour with my grain mill and then use the recipe from Sue Becker's cook book. I love using my flora mixer to make homemade gluten-free pasta dough. It is easier to feed and catch the pasta dough with my hands free to feed/catch it. I follow the recipe in "the essential home ground flour cookbook" and it always turns out perfect.
