Let's face it, Amazon is the biggest retailer in the world. Reviews are a crap shoot to determine whether or not they are true. The bottle was ordered by my wife so she could try to make me feel like a "chef" Try to sound as much like you can. No cracks or breaks were found in the bottle, which arrived on time. Washing it before using was the right thing to do. Ideally, I'd expect everyone to do so, but hey, to each their own. Honestly, I have only one small complaint, and it's so minute that I shouldn't even bother typing EVOO is a little loose for comfort when the top slides into the bottle to make pours. I just know how I am when I get EVOO in the pan, and one day, the whole thing will fall off when I do my Steven Segal shaking However, I will buy another one of these to use in the kitchen for other liquids.

Having recently signed up for the Blue Apron meal delivery service, I saw that there is a lot of pan frying with olive oil in the ingredients. EVOO that I buy from Costco is big enough to use when making balsamic vinaigrette, and I have no issues with them. Oil drips from those things, but it's complicated if you try to "drizzle" it! The Aozita bottle set can be found here. With the smaller bottle, I can now transfer a litre of oil from the large jug to the smaller bottle, which makes it easier to control so I can now sear my food rather than deep fry With the bottle of EVOO, I use the spout with a flap, and with a bottle of avocado oil I just bought, I use the spout with a plastic cap. Although the two extra caps and plugs that come with the set are a nice touch, I am not sure what they should be used for. OH, and as a critique I would like to suggest that you could purchase this set with either the brown or green bottles. You could color the picture in that way Make sure your oils are coded. For myself, the avocado oil (for which I would have bought a green bottle) came in a bottle that was in the correct shape to fit the spout on the second side. As a matter of fact, I was excited to find that out!.

The essentials for a great oil dispenser were determined, so someone sat down and worked on it. After that, they put it in a box so that it could be purchased You get 2 spouts with different lid systems and a funnel in this dark-colored bottle! Your oil will last longer because of the dark color. I've never seen such a tiny funnel before! For travel, a screw cap and a cleaner are included! I just bought two more for friends who take pleasure in comedy as much as I do.

As well as the darker color of the glass, I like it. In terms of improvements, there is only one that I can make. There are two versions 1. a larger one to hold more oil, and 2. a smaller one. I like to cook with oils that are infused with herbs and spices. There should be a way of distinguishing the bottles, perhaps with a colored ring. The spiciness of some of them depends on the seasoning. All in all, a great deal for a great product.
