Although I have been cooking for more than 60 years, this is by far the sharpest peeler I have ever owned. In addition to potatoes, carrots, apples, winter and summer squash, I have used it to peel carrots. You can find no other blade peeler that is satisfactory.

Since I bought this peeler for my granddaughter, when she visits us, it is easier for her to hold. I haven't used it as much as my other peeler because I bought this for her small hand whilst she was here.
Although I have never tried it, it peels everything else, so I don't understand why it can't work.

(She's 3 1/2 years old) It's just that I'm not as proficient with it as I should be. She is a great help to me peel carrots. I can't wait for her to come over again.

I was wrong, I was. The sweet potatoes I used to peel pained me to peel. I loved roast potatoes and sweet potatoes, but hardly ate them because of the peeling. Taking so long took up all my time. There's no need to do that. Any shape or size makes no difference, it just takes a few seconds to zip. The feeling of all peelers being the same will never happen again.

With so many peelers out there, I decided to buy this one for myself and the KitchenAid Euro peeler in Aqua Sky for my husband. I wanted something that's easier to handle because I have trouble with standard peelers. I was shocked to see this Y-chromosome As soon as I saw the "peeler", I had to have it. This is the first one I have ever seen shaped like this, and I can't believe I have gone all these years without owning one. Using this method to peel potatoes and other vegetables is so much simpler and faster, and is so much safer, that I can readily recommend it for every kitchen.
Had a good night. It was an ermaid one (again, I self-edited that) that broke. Fortunately, I had no trouble getting the blade out, and when I put it back in, I noticed the plastic holding the blade had become too wide over the years. I was lucky enough to have a cheap spare, and it was just I ordered this on the day it was released, it came a few days later, and I found it to be quite good.
It didn't work with a different peeler so I immediately ordered another one. (Whether in the camper or somewhere else we walked) In either case I couldn't peel anything with another peeler so I You're doing a great job!.
While my husband prefers a straight peeler or paring knife, I have arthritis in my hands and wrists due to lupus.
