Knife that is both sharp and flat
I'm not sure who made them, but they're fantastic! They're longer, sharper, and made of stainless steel, so I'm confident they'll last a long time, even though I don't use the knife.
Neither light nor heavy. It has the same feel as a regular spoon.

With the exception of one thing, this set was fantastic. A plastic sleeve, rather than a paperboard one, is required for the knife. Because of this, keeping the knife in the drawer is dangerous. Apart from that, I think it's fantastic. It reminds me of my childhood visits to my grandmother's house.
Oh, and the knife with the marge handle is a nice bonus.
