This scale is one of my favorites. BUT. It's a terrible app. I purchased it because it can connect to an app that allows me to scan foods as I weigh them and sync the data to my Fitbit app. I spent twenty minutes going through my refrigerator and cupboards, looking for everything from pickles to beef jerky. Milk and bread were the only two items discovered in the system. Then I realized that, despite the fact that it was connected to my Fitbit, none of the information I entered would be transferred. I completed all of the troubleshooting and am now finished. I'm back for a different smart food scale that, hopefully, will work as it should. This is the scale for you if all you need is a scale that weighs. Choose something else if you want any extra features.

I'm using an Etekcity kitchen scale with the bowl. If you're wondering if they're the same size, don't be fooled. The Bowl will fit on top, but not with the lip in place. So, at the very least, the more expensive one is larger than the less expensive one. br>I did get it for a lower price than my original Etekcity, which was only measured by /-. 1g. On the other hand, this is a nil value. Seasonings can be added in increments of 1g. You wouldn't know if you put 1g or 2g of seasoning into your food with my previous scale. It's kind of important to have the 0 for that kind of stuff. Each gram increases by one. br>br>There are two things that make this not exactly worth it if I paid full price for it. price (I didn't pay full price; I bought it on Amazon for $15): It's pointless to have Bluetooth enabled. It might be worth it if you only have to pay an extra $1, but if you have to pay an extra $5, it's pointless. Then they have an excessive number of units. If they had one with just ounces and grams, I would almost pay $2 more. Why would I require the additional six units that come with it?.

This scale appealed to me because it is compact and connects to your phone via Bluetooth. I can leave it on the counter because it isn't too large. I use the Cronometer app to keep track of my food, so everything is measured in grams. This scale is very easy to use because it starts up quickly. br>br>An app is included with the scale. The only way to connect via Bluetooth is through that app. I tested it out and found it to be very similar to MyFitnessPal in terms of features. Unfortunately, it does not track as many food components as Cronometer, so I am unable to use it. As a result, I won't be able to use the Bluetooth feature. It would be fantastic if it could be used by other apps as well. Despite the fact that I can't use it wirelessly, I highly recommend this scale.

This scale performs a great deal of difficult work! It tells me how many grams of carbs are in a variety of foods, so I don't have to guess. Determine the outcomes. There is a high level of precision. Understanding it completely will take some time. If you use the scale correctly, it can be a useful tool in managing a diabetic diet. I would strongly suggest it.

It took me less than ten minutes to figure out how to use the app. When you pair the app, it immediately finds scale. br>As a blind person, I needed precise measurements for baking and recipes. I'm very pleased with the accuracy and the ability to control the device via an app. br>At the moment, I'm not using it for weight loss or nutrition, but this may change in the future. This is an excellent database.

The scale is easy to read, and the numerous functions make measuring out your meals a breeze. The preloaded items are extremely difficult to read, and I'm not sure what you're trying to enter if the data was even downloaded onto the app. I'm not sure if the calorie counting is accurate, and I'm still figuring out how to use the various functions. I'd also like it to sync with my Fitbit app.

The fact that I can connect it to my iPhone is appealing to me. It also has a lot of features that I like. In my new kitchen, I'm looking forward to getting started on my recipes. This is extremely beneficial. I've put it to the test on a few occasions and it's been spot on so far. The true test will come when I begin to prepare my recipes.
