Unfortunately, the chalk markers did not work! I would have given it 5 stars if they had worked

The presentation box looks lovely. Having to write on a slate was not easy. There may have been some drying out of the chalk markers. My trip was a bit long and I needed to go over and over You have to copy and paste the cheese's name again just to get faint writing. Despite trying both sides of the marker to see if maybe I needed to use a specific side to get the desired results, I still got.

While they are nice, each one feels a little like a brick - Despite their small size, they hold a lot of weight. If you put them in a LARGE chunk of cheese, I don't see how they wouldn't fall over.
