Toddy Cold Brew System Rubber Stoppers 2-Pack, Set of 2, Natural

These plugs do not fit properly on my ten-year-old Toddy. They don't appear to be the same shape as the ones that came with the Toddy system originally. The first batch of cold brew was a complete disaster, with water leaking all over the place while I slept. I'm pretty sure I lost a cup of water in the process. I pounded the plug in with a meat tenderizer the second time I used it, filled the Toddy with coffee and water, and watched it leak again, just today. So, what's the story here?.

The rubber stoppers match the ones that came with my Toddy set exactly. When my stopper was accidentally thrown away by my husband, I nearly freaked out. THANK GOD for Amazon, where replacements are readily available and simple to order! Back to brewing the most potent cold brew on the market- I've coined the term "liquid crack" to describe this phenomenon.

The only plug I had for my cold brew coffee toddy had become brittle and hardened over time. These are ideal substitutes for the originals. I'll most likely order a couple more as backups.

Toddy is used by everyone in my family. I buy extra stoppers and filters in bulk and use them as stocking stuffers.
