No, the syrup pumps aren't big enough for them. I believe Monin sells a syrup pump with a cap, but that's the only one I've seen.

I've used these spout covers in three restaurants now. They are highly effective, take up very little space when not in use, and are not distracting to visitors. Everything is in order. My bar's pour spouts are covered with these. They fit over any skinny pour spout and are simple to remove. They don't require any yanking or tearing to put on or take off.
