Yes, "Made in China" is printed on the box they come in. The stoppers have been in my possession for a few years and they are still in good condition. There are no visible tears or wear, and the printed words are not faded. I didn't put them in the dishwasher because I washed them by hand.

Is it possible to do this with half-bottles of wine?
