Advantage: It improves the flavor of inexpensive red wine. It simply adds a brightness to your glass that you wouldn't get if you poured it straight from the bottle. It's also a great topic of discussion. Your friends will be impressed by your new device and want to drink wine with you more often. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are two sides to every story. The wine is aerated in both directions. You're forcing the remaining wine to oxidize much faster by using this little device, which literally blows bubbles inside the wine that's still in the bottle. It's fine if you're going to drink the entire bottle in one sitting, but it's a real bummer if you were planning on saving the rest for later. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there is a negative side to everything. I haven't figured out how to clean this properly yet. Cleaning the inside of one of those reusable twisty drinking straws comes to mind. Irrigate it to the best of your ability? I suppose it's in the nature of an aerator to have small intricate places that are impossible to reach with a cleaning brush. Despite a few minor flaws, I would purchase this product again.
We purchased these during the Christmas season because we prefer to aerate our wine rather than allowing it to breathe and aerate on its own sweet time. This gadget simply fits into the bottle neck and you simply pour the wine into the glass. While pouring, you can hear the aeration. br>Cleaning them is as simple as running them under warm water and letting them air dry. Cleaning does not necessitate dismantling and reassembling them. It's very handy. br>We haven't had any leaks or problems with these. In all of the wine bottles we've used them in, they've sealed perfectly. br>They are extremely effective and come highly recommended.
I had the glass version and managed to break a few of them. In a hurry to replace them, I purchased these as a temporary fix for a low price until I could find a suitable replacement. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well these work, and they do the job as well as, if not better than, what I was using previously. They have the appearance of a pouring spout, but they really open up the wine. As with any product of this nature, you must turn the bottle upside down to get the full effect.
I've used more expensive and larger aerators, but this one works just as well for a much lower price, and unlike the larger ones, which tend to glug, it pours much smoother while still aerating noticeably. Aerated vs. non-aerated water was tested with a group of friends. We could all tell the difference because it was aerated. However, after a few more glasses, everything began to taste the same.
There's nothing like coming home to comfy clothes, a warm blanket, and a glass of wine to unwind after a long day at work, and I figured, why not? This has completely changed my life! The wine is smoother in my opinion, and this little gadget makes pouring a glass a lot of fun!.
br>br>What I like best about this aerator is that it is quick, easy to use, and never messy. Unlike other aerators, which leave wine on the counter or glass stems when moved from one glass to another or returned to the stand that holds it upright, the AeraWine Aerator can be left in place until the bottle is empty, eliminating the mess and making it easy to clean. br>br>Have you ever purchased a bottle of wine and felt that the taste and price were too far apart, but you didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning it to the store? We have. br>br>In those instances, we only used it for cooking. Aeration, on the other hand, is frequently the answer. br>br>I was surprised to learn that this device can also be used with hard liquor. However, I've never tried it because we prefer wine as our alcoholic beverage of choice. br>br>If you like wine and have never aerated it before, or have but don't want to deal with the mess, this is a cheap option that I'm sure you'll like. br>br>Have fun with it!.
My partner and guests claim to be able to tell the difference in flavor, but I am unable to do so. However, using it is a lot of fun! Everyone smiles just watching the bubbles as you pour the wine, and who knows, things might taste better when everyone is happy. )br>Ease of cleaning is a plus, and at this price, you can't go wrong.
Because of the numerous positive reviews, I decided to purchase it. But even so, I'm very pleased with it. It's of good quality, and it's small and compact. It's the functionality, though, that's most important. I'm not sure if this one and the vinturi (?) are the same thing. ), as well as the bottle of decanter. They all appear to be in working order. I can only say that this one ACTUALLY bubbles as you pour it, indicating that it is aerating. It's fantastic - I'm overjoyed. And, of course, the price is excellent.
