Submitted this review with an update contacted customer service since then. I've modified my review to 3 stars from 2 stars because the service was great and the lid was replaced for free. I really liked the way this worked. I used it for a few days. As soon as I got my stainless steel items, I was blown away by the extra durability and insulation it gives. The cap of the bottle is the bottle's weak point, and specifically its lid. The plastic threading of the cap became warped after several months, and the cap no longer creates a good seal after it closes completely. I now have a constant leak because of this. I am fine with that. Three out of five might be the right answer As it stands, BlenderBottle deserves a 4-star review, but it only gets a 2-star rating due to its poor customer service. In order to get a replacement cap and submit photos of the issues, I made a warranty claim for it. No one from their customer service ever contacted them and no replacement was ever provided.
