It easily flips back and forth and cleans up quickly. It's magnetic on both sides, and if you don't have a dishwasher that can hold a magnet, it comes with an adhesive magnet to stick on the dishwasher. After that, all you have to do is stick the magnet there. It was well worth the money!.

This is a cute and unobtrusive magnet that gets the job done

Because I only need to notice the magnet when the dishes are clean, I like how the gray blends in with the stainless steel. My dishwasher is magnetic, and the magnet sticks well on both sides. I can't speak to how well it adheres to the adhesive magnet that comes with it. I'm not sure how it'll hold up if it gets wet, but if I have any problems, I'll update my review.
