Questions & Answers
The towels I received shrank as well. Not by a long shot. They did, however, become smaller! I'm not as pleased as I expected to be with the towels.
100% cotton and absorbent absorbent absorbent absorbent absorb I like them because they are attractive and colorful, but they shrank quite a bit after being washed down to 20 x 11 inches. 5 inchrs.
This is a question for which I have no answer!
India is where they're made.

I went on Amazon to look for absorbent dish towels; These were ordered. I gave a few to my daughter, who informed me that they were the least absorbent towels she had ever seen. I washed mine and put them to the test, only to discover that they don't live up to the hype. I was disappointed that the high standards I had hoped for from an Amazon product were not met.
It's easy to be fooled by appearances. They'll shrink to about a third of their original size; I liked the colors, but it has to work first; I'm very disappointed!.
I didn't expect these towels to be so small. This material isn't particularly absorbent. Although the colors are lovely, the towels aren't very practical. I decided to give them to a local dog shelter.
I prefer my towels to absorb liquid rather than simply push it around. No matter how many towels I used, they couldn't get to that absorbent stage! I used borax and organic soap, which was all it took to remove any fiber filler and turn these towels into functional as well as decorative items!.
I haven't used or washed these yet, so I'll make adjustments later for absorbency, durability, and shrinkage. These are similar to ones I bought at Crate and Barrel, so I bought them. If you wanted to match C, you'd have to work a little harder. You should be aware that B towels are smaller (before shrinkage) and that the greens are of varying shades (the one on the left is C). B, but the one on the right is a warmer green than this picture depicts). In terms of color, the reds are an excellent match. The C layer is the topmost layer on the image. These are the upper two layers of layer B. These appear to be a tad thinner as well, but only slightly. They are 100% cotton (made in India) and in my experience it takes a few washings for this type of cloth to get more absorbent this type of cloth to get more absorbent I don't mind the size and color variations because of the great Cyber Monday deal. More colorful towels make me happy. The color combination is fantastic!.
I bought them for decoration after reading reviews that said they weren't absorbent. They turn out to be extremely absorbent - I bought them for decoration, but now I use them as my primary kitchen towels because the dark colors hide dirt, which is great because dish towels always get stained over time. I bought them for decoration, but now I use them as my primary kitchen towels. The fact that they shrink so much is my only gripe. I believe the fabric should have been prewashed by the manufacturer. They shrank to a width of 3 inches and a length of 4 inches.
It's bright, absorbent, and ready to work. On my counter, they're appealing. To be honest, I'd never think of giving dish towels as a gift, but they're bright enough that it's a possibility. They are 100 % cotton and only cotton and only cotton I've already washed them and the color hasn't faded, so they're a good towel, a good buy, and a good value. highly suggested.
For the money, this is a fantastic purchase. They shrink a little after being washed and dried, but they are still my favorite set of towels to use.
