Cooking is one of my favorite activities. And I've always wanted my own chef jacket, ever since my trip to Napa and dining at a culinary school. Aprons, in my opinion, are not very attractive. This is a great match. I was a little concerned about the fit because I'm a woman. Another review, however, convinced me to give it a shot. It's just right; it's not too tight across the chest, and the sleeves and shirt in general are of adequate length. In my own kitchen, I now appear to be a paid professional!.
My husband is overjoyed to have it because he likes the style. I ordered his regular shirt size, and it's a good fit.
I ordered three jackets, and they all arrived in a timely manner; the jackets are lighter than I had anticipated, which is a plus in this Georgia heat. Great for chefs with long arms and broad shoulders who are over six feet tall. I intend to place another order.
It was a gift for my husband, and he absolutely adores it! It's light, so it won't overheat while you're cooking. It has an Asian flair to it, which makes it look very cool. It has Asian-inspired rope knots instead of traditional buttons. My only gripe is that the buttons are a little too loose. They're not as flat as they should be. This is an excellent chef's coat in general.
Comfortable, well-fitting, and made of durable materials. I've placed an additional order.
This coat was purchased for my son's job interview. The coat is of excellent quality and has a polished appearance. The black was great for the interview, but not so much for a busy day in the kitchen.
I've purchased three so far.
The xxl was the size of the large. As a result, I gave it to my work's chubby chef.
