The size of the personized block lettering was rather small (it was a Christmas gift), and there were two issues so far. This should be in a larger font so that it can be read more easily; otherwise, you'll have to look very closely at it. br>br>The other issue is that the buttonholes are extremely "tight. " I realize it's a brand new smock, but they're a little too tight! br>br>As time goes on, I'll let you know if there are any additional "PRO's" or "CON's. " br>br>UPDATED 06 MAY 21– This is being worn at home rather than in a restaurant. The smock appears to be in good condition. The button holes that were too tight have loosened up a little. Although it does not appear to wrinkle easily, I wash and dry it on its own. When Robin cooks with her family, she likes to wear it.
It's clear that the shirt is a size XXL! When I told them I wanted to return it, they refused because it was personalized! As you were aware when it was sent, it was far too large, and I am unable to use it now. Any way, I'm sending it back! Purchase this product at your own risk!! Product is a scam; the wrong item was sent on purpose, and you are unable to return it. I'm not pleased!.
As a Christmas present for my boyfriend, who enjoys cooking, I placed an order. I assumed I'd get it by Christmas Day because that's what it said as an estimate when I placed the order. Then I got an email saying that it had been postponed until January. I contacted the seller, who made every effort to get the item to me before Christmas! br>Despite the fact that I was aware that they were extremely busy and overburdened with orders, they managed to send my personalized chef shirt before Christmas Eve! The fit and finish are excellent. Excellent customer service, which I wholeheartedly endorse!.
I just received the two jackets I ordered, and I must say that they both exceeded my expectations, despite the fact that I had high expectations to begin with. It has a great look and cut. It's not made of flimsy stuff. The value was further enhanced by the inclusion of free personalization. As we grow, ChefsCloset will undoubtedly be a consideration.
I was concerned that they might not have received my customization request due to wifi issues, so I contacted them via email, and they promptly responded and confirmed my order, which turned out to be perfect! Awesome customer service! They are the best!.
Let me just say that I adore the jacket, but it can be difficult to wear if you have hips. Some jackets have small splits at the end to accommodate hips and butts, but this one doesn't, so I have to pull it up just a smidgeon or it'll be skin tight around my hips when buttoned. This is an excellent jacket. The splits, on the other hand, would be ideal. That is, at least in my case.
The stile and the material are both unappealing to me. I'm afraid I won't be able to return it because I need it. It is not advised.
The only drawback is the lengthy wait to receive the shirt, which I brought for a chef.
