The fabric was lovely, and it had been well-crafted, but it was so thin that it failed to keep the tea warm. It's so thin that it collapses over the teapot due to a lack of insulation, if any. I never expected to be given something so inadequate after collecting a few tea cozies over the years. To be honest, I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I received a refund, but it was a waste of time. br>br>Had it been built properly/ normally, I planned to buy more because they are attractive. br>br>It's a shame that they cut such a large corner on something so important. Even if it costs a few extra dollars, they should make it properly.
